Perfect Location!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The house is modern, clean, and relaxing. The privacy fencing and gates made the house feel very secure and kept our vehicle safe. The location is perfect for walking Abbot Kinney, the beach, boardwalk, and not too far away from the canals. We will be back!!
Wonderful place to stay in VB
Excellent location and the house is fabulous. Wonderful outdoor spaces and we so enjoyed the rooftop deck. The house manager was very helpful and gracious.
Spring Break Weekend Visit
We loved this property. My husband and I were travelling with our two kids (5 & 7). We stayed at the house for a weekend while visiting a friend who lives in Venice. The location is great. We were able to walk to the beach with the kids and walk down Abbott Kinney Blvd for food and coffee. The weather was beautiful, so we spent the mornings walking to the beach and on the boardwalk. It wasn't very crowded before noon so it was good to be out walking with the kids at that time. We spent an afternoon on the rooftop patio, there is furniture with an umbrella up there. We also used the gas grill on the ground level patio one evening to cook burgers. There is great seating on the downstairs patio also. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra blankets for beds, extra towels for showers, washer and dryer was great. Everything was clean and the owners replied instantly to any questions we had. We drove and we have an SUV, the parking space was very tight for our car, but we did get it in. Just an FYI if you have a larger vehicle, the alleyways around the house and the parking is tight. I also loved that the gates surround the entire property so we felt safe with our car parked and with the kids in the courtyard/patio area. Totally recommend this property.
Great house! Great location!
My two friends and I really enjoyed this house for a one-night getaway by the beach. The place is clean, modern, and well-decorated. The kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect for making a full meal. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after being out on the boardwalk or Abbot Kinney. I'd not hesiatate to stay here again.
It was a pleasure hosting Allen and his group, very respectful and easy going! Hope to see him
