Spacious apartment, but amenities disappointing

The apartment is spacious and well decorated. Nevertheless, some of the amenities described on the website were not available: one of the two deck chairs announced was completely broken and the DVD in the living-room didn’t work (I was told that maybe it will work with the TV on the room, but we only wanted it in the living-room for the family). The location is in a quiet place. It is possible to walk to two beaches (Garrão Poente or Julia at 500-600 mts away from the house). There is a very small shop for bread and water and a restaurant, also in a walkable distance (400 mt). To supermarkets, other restaurants and services, we need a car. The swimming pool announced is not free for those who rented this apartment, as well as the tennis or most of the other facilities in the resort. They are completely free for the persons who rented directly in the resort, as well as the bus inside the resort, but we couldn’t benefit from none of them, unless we payed the price for the public in general. The internet worked well, but we had to contact the owner to give us the password. Parking is public, in the street, but we had no problem finding place. The apartment, itself, is a very nice triplex: on the basement there is the kitchen and the living room, on the first floor, a room and a bathroom with a shower, on the second floor, another room (a big one) and another bathroom (with shower and bath) and, then, more two floors with a terrace with sea view and a jacuzzi.

Ideal para férias!!

Apartamento perfeito para férias com a família ou com pequeno grupo de amigos!

Está integrado num conjunto de pequenos edifícios, numa zona calma e próximo de vários serviços - restaurantes, bares, supermercados... - e o mais importante... a cinco minutos a pé da praia.

Está totalmente equipado, o que facilita muito para quem pretende preocupar-se apenas com a 'bagagem pessoal'.

As áreas são muito generosas e a decoração dá um toque ‘caseiro e pessoal', como se estivéssemos em casa de amigos... os espaços exteriores - a varanda junto à sala e o terraço com jacuzzi - são o bónus final para quem gosta de fazer uma refeição a ver o por do sol num 'camarote' privilegiado!

Excellent triplex apartment!

It’s fully equipped, with a practical and modern-day decoration and very comfortable.

Near beautiful and peaceful beaches (walking distance!) and also very good restaurants.

Outstanding ocean view from the master bedroom, the living room and the balcony. Great sunset in the balcony jacuzzi.

Perfeito para férias

Apartamento muito bem localizado com óptimo acesso às praias e restaurantes, bem equipado e com decoração moderna com um elevado grau de conforto.

A vista é maravilhosa e a envolvente muito bem cuidada, perfeito para umas férias relaxantes em familia.

Gostamos muito voltaremos certamente.

A hidden away gem!

This property is ideal for either a short or long break!

Extremely well located, walking distance to beaches and restaurants, at the same time secluded and very peaceful.

Very spacious, wonderful contemporary décor and fully equipped, with magnificent ocean views.

Strongly recommended for any time of the year!

magnifica estancia

Estuve con mi familia el verano del 2010, y disfrutamos muchísimo del apartamento. Todo fué perfecto, empezando por el trato amabilísimo de su propietario, preocupándose constantemente de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto....y efectivamente , así fué : la descripción del anuncio fué exacta : precioso apartamento, limpio, con todo tipo de detalles, un magnífico aire acondicionado, cocina bien preparada y unas vistas espectaculares. Muy bien ubicado, en el medio de la urbanización Vale Do Lobo, con playas cercanas, golf ,restaurantes, tenis,etc. Chulísimo.... Repetimos fijo. Gracias a Christian (propietario) por todo.

This modern apartment, built as if it was a white modern boat, is composed of three different levels, the entrance being situated on a first floor with boat like entrance . On the same level, on the right the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom . On the left of the entrance, one level down is situated the living room with modern suspended fireplace as well as a terrace with 180 degrees ocean view, lake and Vale de Lobo and Dunas Douradas resort view. On the left of the entrance, one level up is situated the major suite with en suite bathroom and walking closet as well as the terrace with 180º degrees ocean view. One additional level up leads to two separated roof terraces. On one side, an east oriented 50 square meters terrace allows to take advantage of rising and morning sun. A small level up, and on the other side of the roof, a 60 square meters terrace with 180 degrees ocean view, covered lunch spot and outdoor barbecue as well as a outdoor jacuzzi for 4 persons.
