Holiday apartment with direct access to the beach. English owned seafront apartment on 2nd Floor with communal pool over looking Magalluf bay. Ideal for families. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles) and balcony. Both bedrooms have ceiling mounted fans.

TV has Spanish and some English channels and there is a DVD player should you wish to bring your own to watch.

Due to the apartment being in a Spanish Residential Complex we are unable to let the apartment out to groups of young adults under the age of 25 years.

Fantastic apartment with good facilities.

The apartment was fantastic and had everything that you could possibly need. One of the best features was the view from the balcony, which is exactly how it looks in the photos. The location was perfect for us. Being right on the beach front was perfect. The only thing that we could complain about was that we had no sun-loungers for the pool so it made it awkward to lie around the pool for the day but because you were right on the beach, you could take yourself to there for the day but of course you have to pay for a sun lounger there. Besides this, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to this apartment, which is very reasonably priced.

Fabulous location on the beach front - where all restaurants cheap and a little more lush were on the door step.

Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip - 2 streets away!

Couldn't have asked for a better apartment for what we needed!

BRILLIANT LOCATION

The apartment was very clean. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday. The beds could do with new mattresses and a more comfortable sofa would have been nice, but the location made up for it. Bars and restaurants are all on the door step, as well as water sports. The local bus passes close by so you don't need a car. If you are on a budget this apartment is perfect.

Just what we wanted

The appartments location is perfect - near everything. Has a great view over the beach and a huge balcony. Bcm square is 1 minutes walk away and the strip 2 mins. Just what we needed for a lads holiday

Location, location, location!!!!

The booking process for this property was easy and the communication from the owner was good. Everything was as stated including the refund on the damage deposit. The view on the pictures/listing is exactly what you get. This is a low rise, small, apartment block right on the beach front promenade. A great place to watch the activities from the balcony. The pool and pool area were really clean, as were all public areas and the pool is a good size. The only down side was that there are no loungers and the few plastic chairs there were broken. However, as I enjoy the beach this was a great location for me as you can come and go as you please, with little effort. The apartment is well equipped and all rooms are a good size, including the bathroom. The promenade is quiet during the evening, so you get no rowdy noise, but is great to walk along on an evening, nice & safe, with some great eat & drink places. I've been travelling to Magaluf for 18 years and have never been lucky enough to stay in such a great location for the beach, bars, shops, everything. The apartment was available from 2.00 p.m. and we didn't have long to wait, as the couple who showed us around broke all records to get us in as soon as possible. I made a call when I arrived then went for food at Alexandra's across the road and they came and found me, when the apartment was free. We didn't experience any noise or other problems. Everything was clean and the only thing not as per the description was the TV, which did actually have ALL freeview English channels, so we could keep up with the news and weather at home, which was a plus. I'd definitely book this apartment again.

Great Appnt

Fab location - lovely apartment.

View from balcony is simply stunning as you watch the world go by with a cold drink.

Location is very central to pretty much everything in Maga. BCM Square 5 mins away and strip just round corner from here.

Plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from and for those that like the beach, well its right there in front of you less than 50 yards away.

Terrific. If we ever come back to Maga, we will look to book this great apartment.

Magalluf is a lively family resort offering an enormous range of entertainment like Western Water Park just a 20 minute walk away. Pirates Adventure, House of Katmandu and Go Karting about 15-20 minutes walk. Plenty of good local restaurants catering for all kinds of taste. Bars and entertainment all around. Excellent traffic free promenade along all beaches. Water sports such as paragliding, pedaloes, banana boat ride and small boats. Golf course 10 minute car ride away.
