The house is the last on a dead end road with four other houses. The house is a three bedroom, 1-1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room (television/Wi-Fi). There is a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. There is a covered deck with picnic table and propane grill.
The kitchen is supplied with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven . . . Lines (sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.) are provided, as well as towels, etc.
If you are a hunter or fisherman, come during hunting/fishing season. There are lots of New York City properties available for hunters and this area has numerous rivers, reservoirs and streams to fish. A deer and fish cleaning station is on the premises. Reserve early.
There are various activities not too far away. Visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and stop to play paintball on the way back, for instance.
Pets are welcome but must be controlled.
Wildlife sometimes stroll through the yard so keep an eye out -- it's cool to see them!
