About this property

Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-9)

This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. New extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

TV's in all bedrooms and living room with Dish Network Satellite. There is also free WiFi.

Premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

Unit is the only unit with a Wet Bar and under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 9 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

Place is awesome- so is the owner!

Place was just perfect for our needs. One minor snafu when TV went out. Owner got on it immediately and arranged for delivery of a new Beautiful bigger smart TV! Strongly recommend the Condo and the Owner!

Nice place with a questionable housekeeper

The location and condo were nice. The property is relatively clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sticky mostly because you have to grip the doors and drawers to open them as they don’t have handles. There are adequate pans, plates ect. but bring your own kitchen towels and washing supplies as only one towel is provided. Bring paper towels and cleaner for cleaning. Bring detergent as none is provided. Be out before 10 - not at 10 or the housekeeper will get in your way and yell at your children while you are trying to leave. This is an nice rental in a nice location but don’t expect any hospitality. Read the fine print carefully. Also, parking passes aren’t included in the rental but if you rent from the main property they are included.

Family vacation

Property was well maintained and generally clean. The room was clean. The room was as advertised. The room could use updating especially the outdoor chairs and living room furniture. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again if available.

Steps to the pool

Amazing property! Perfect location for little ones if a balcony is a concern. We did have a family of 7 so the bedroom layout was also perfect however it was a little tight with the living room furniture but not that big of a deal. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this condo! You step out onto your patio right by the pool. And from the pool straight to the Beach! The condo was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us!

Why they chose this property

We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.

What makes this property unique

Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
