Have you heard of that phrase “Mi Casa Su Casa”? Well, OUR HOME is YOUR HOME! This is not a vacation rental owned by a corporation… this is our vacation home but you and your family will feel at home as soon as you cross the threshold!

The owners use this as a second home and it shows, you will feel at home immediately.

This is a house like no others. Many amenities:(2) 50' tvs, internet, bikes, grill, Large walk in shower, etc. With a wifi and a park across the street, if you have children, no matter what the age, this is the perfect house!

There is a SMALL step leading into the home (see pics) but we have had many guests in wheelchairs stay quite comfortably at the house. Most do not have troubles with the shower also.

122 Toluca Lane. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Mallory Road. Very close to the house is a nice park. A very beautiful beach that stretches for miles and miles is only a ½ mile away from the house. There is a relatively new public pool and a fitness center (fee based) also within a mile from the house. The quaint village with wonderful shops and restaurants are located one mile from the house also.What more can you ask for?

Free internet, 50' tvs, large walk in shower, a few bikes for use, etc. MANY amenities. This property is the second home of the owners. THIS IS NOT A JUST FOR RENT ONLY HOUSE, THIS IS THEIR HOUSE AND CONSTANTLY UPGRADING.

A wonderful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and the village. Elegantly yet comforably furnished. Good kitchen w/ walk-in pantry. Master bedroom with large walk-in dressing room/closet. Great tiled bathroom with glass door shower room, We especially enoyed the nicely landscaped patio with table and chiars for four, gas grill. Located on dead end road wirh little traffic. We've spent five seasons in the general area and this particular house is best of all.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Comfortable, we'll maintained, private home with all a family with kids needs for a beach trip.

The house is in great shape and well taken care of. It's a very short drive to the beach at Coast Guard Station which has the best beach for kids with sand bars, tide pools, bathrooms, a snack bar and free parking. The outside shower in the back yard was perfect for washing off kids who cannot seem to stay out of the sand after rinsing off at the beach.

The dead end street is very quiet and the park is literally across the street form the front door. Location is also close to the lighthouse and village.

The owners are very responsive to any issues that arise and made us feel welcome in their house. We had a relaxing vacation with the kids and couldn't have asked for a better house for our SSI trip.

Beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay at this home! My daughter loved the bicycles and the location is perfect to allow her to ride. The house is very convenient to get to. We will definitely being booking here again in the future!

Great location and beautiful interior!

The location was perfect! Very close to everything! The interior of the home was beautiful. It looks like a lot of upgrades have been made. Kitchen could still use some upgrading. The landscaping was a little grown up but the place was still perfect for us!

Quiet relaxing spot just a short bicycle ride from beaches and the village.

The home was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we were looking for, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and gas grill on a lovely patio. Sadly, the gas in the grill did not last our whole visit, but the owners offered to reimburse us should we choose to purchase another tank. The master shower was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The location is also perfect, as you are close to both public beaches as well as a short bike ride to the village. The home is in a very quiet cul-de-sac that is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of St Simon's traffic. The bikes were disappointing, as we spent several hours trying to get three bikes to work. (The owner does not guarantee the bikes nor is there an extra charge, but don't assume you will be able to use the bikes at the house.) Luckily, one worked well for our daughter, and my husband and I rented two bikes from Ocean Motion (which is less than a half mile from the house). The beaches are an easy bike ride from the house, but beware that the "bike trails" are just sidewalks. and traffic can be scary. Walking is an option but it is quite a hike with beach gear. Both beaches had ample parking, so that also worked well. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Quiet and close to beach

Lovely home, very clean. Short bike ride or drive to beach and the villiage. Bring your own beach towels. Very nice washer and dryer.
