Have you heard of that phrase “Mi Casa Su Casa”? Well, OUR HOME is YOUR HOME! This is not a vacation rental owned by a corporation… this is our vacation home but you and your family will feel at home as soon as you cross the threshold!

The owners use this as a second home and it shows, you will feel at home immediately.

This is a house like no others. Many amenities:(2) 50' tvs, internet, bikes, grill, Large walk in shower, etc. With a wifi and a park across the street, if you have children, no matter what the age, this is the perfect house!

There is a SMALL step leading into the home (see pics) but we have had many guests in wheelchairs stay quite comfortably at the house. Most do not have troubles with the shower also.

122 Toluca Lane. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Mallory Road. Very close to the house is a nice park. A very beautiful beach that stretches for miles and miles is only a ½ mile away from the house. There is a relatively new public pool and a fitness center (fee based) also within a mile from the house. The quaint village with wonderful shops and restaurants are located one mile from the house also.What more can you ask for?

A wonderful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and the village. Elegantly yet comforably furnished. Good kitchen w/ walk-in pantry. Master bedroom with large walk-in dressing room/closet. Great tiled bathroom with glass door shower room, We especially enoyed the nicely landscaped patio with table and chiars for four, gas grill. Located on dead end road wirh little traffic. We've spent five seasons in the general area and this particular house is best of all.



Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Comfortable, we'll maintained, private home with all a family with kids needs for a beach trip.

The house is in great shape and well taken care of. It's a very short drive to the beach at Coast Guard Station which has the best beach for kids with sand bars, tide pools, bathrooms, a snack bar and free parking. The outside shower in the back yard was perfect for washing off kids who cannot seem to stay out of the sand after rinsing off at the beach.

The dead end street is very quiet and the park is literally across the street form the front door. Location is also close to the lighthouse and village.

The owners are very responsive to any issues that arise and made us feel welcome in their house. We had a relaxing vacation with the kids and couldn't have asked for a better house for our SSI trip.

Quiet and close to beach

Lovely home, very clean. Short bike ride or drive to beach and the villiage. Bring your own beach towels. Very nice washer and dryer.

Great family home and great location!

We really enjoyed ourselves here! This home has everything you need while on vacation. All we had to bring was the food. The board games are an added touch. The location is central to everything. We enjoyed the bikes too. Steve, the owner, was really nice and took care of the mix up we ran into when we arrived. He was easily accessible by phone and prompt. The only thing I would change is one of the couches in the living room, it's just a little worn from all of the vacationers. Other than that, it was great!

Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this very comfortable and well kept home. With two Grandkids it afforded more than enough room. The location is perfect close to most activities. We would most certainly recommend to others traveling to the area.

Great House for a long Weekend Getaway!!

We rented this house for a long weekend. We had 7 people staying and had plenty of room. Six in beds and my son slept on the couch. We had plenty of room! The house was clean and nicely decorated!! Had an amazing master shower and a nice 50" smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. It had a nice gas grill on the patio (we did not use it, but looked brand new) as well as, a table and 4 chairs and bench. House is in a perfect location. A 5 minute drive to East Beach with plenty of parking, and short walk or drive to the village. The house had lawn chairs, beach towels, and bikes a big plus! Just remember to bring soap and extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags (would have been nice to have atleast one trash bag lining the can) I'm sure the cleaning crew just forgot! I cannot say much about the kitchen, because we ate out the whole time, just used the coffee maker and refrigerator to store snacks, and lunch meat for sandwiches. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and the lawn was even perfectly manicured. You will not be disappointed in renting this house especially for price. We will definitely rent this house again when we visit St. Simons! Thank you
