Modern bungalows for 4 and 6 persons to rent in Fuerteventura

The park consists of ten equally equipped homes on 25,000 m2 site which is fully enclosed and directly adjacent to one of the protected areas of Fuerteventura. There are five swimming pools, all with an outdoor shower. A villa is a bungalow type A (approximately 120 m²) and a Bungalow Type B (about 65 sqm) connected by a garage with shared use of the pool, but private terraces.

The villas: 6 person bungalow:

The bungalow for 6 people comprises three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a kitchen fully equipped: including dishwasher, designer hood, oven, 4 hotplates, large fridge freezer. The bungalow has English television.

4 person bungalow:

The bungalow for 4 persons consists of 2 large bedrooms, a living room and a luxury kitchen fully equipped: including dishwasher, designer hood, oven, 4 hotplates, large fridge freezer. The bungalow has English television.

Outdoor:

The terraces to the house and around the pool are with covered pergolas. The homes are ideal for longer holidays and during wintertime because of the smooth and pleasant climate.

Environment.: The traditional village Lajares has a large supermarket, pharmacy, bar / restaurants and excellent French bakery and several other shops. At approximately 8 km away from you will find the picturesque village of El Cotillo with its snow-white sand and azure sea. This is the reason they call Fuerteventura the Caribbean of the West. The unique aspect of this area lies in the fact that you still find unspoilt nature with a very relaxed atmosphere and casual restaurants at very attractive prices. Corralejo is around 11 km away and offers plenty of entertainment in the form of shops, bars / restaurants and plenty of nightlife. Again there are lovely white sand beaches. From Corralejo you can spend a day with the boat (10 minutes) to Lanzarote and the island of Los Lobos. The island lends itself ideally to admire the natural beauty. We definitely recommend the trip to such charming harbor Puerto del Rosario.

Host/Hostess:: One of the houses are inhabited by a Dutch couple who can help you in many ways, such as organizing excursions and transportation to for example El Cotillo and Corralejo. You can also contact them for laundry and tips for excursions on the island of Fuerteventura. They would like to welcome you!

Perfect holidays in Mavadel villa

We stayed 2 weeks in this villa. Everything was perfect. The house is new, modern, up to day furnished. Everything was very clean, new. On-site manager was very friendly. Our holidays in this villa was amazing!

Unhappy guest

The area is great but the lack of hair drier, lack of microwave lack of toaster lack of washing machine and lack of a double bed. Long list of additional costs ie to use the washing machine in the managers garage is Euro7.5 per wash, to invite friends around for the day is an extra charge.These villa are advertised as long term rentals. If it had been made clear at time of paying deposit I would never have booked and been stuck here a month. I have been coming to Fuerteventura for over 12 years and never found a villa with these items missing. When speaking to the manager I was told that the company recommend that I go to the Chinese shop to purchase the items I require.

Muy recomendable. La situación es inmejorable entre Cotillo y Corralejo. El mejor lugar para descansar. No falta detalle, la casa es muy bonita, moderna y con todo lo que necesitas. Limpio y tranquilo.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren im Juli 2010 zu Besuch. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Neu, tolle Ausstattung, absolut sauber und sehr schönes, modernes Ambiente. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Betreuer. Direkt in Lajares, für uns die schönste Wohngegend auf der Insel. Sehr ruhig, innerhalb 10 Minuten in Corralejo oder an den Stränden der Northshore.

Descanso maravilloso

Vacaciones inolvidables en familia

Estuvimos de vacaciones en estas villas en septiembre/2016.

Hace ya muchos años que visitamos la isla y para este año, buscábamos un lugar tranquilo y relajado cosa que conseguimos sin duda alguna. La villa impresionante, dotada de todo cuanto se pueda desear o necesitar. Muy bien decorada, luminosa, espaciosa... en resumen perfecta. La piscina, zonas comunes, jardines, etc... igual de perfectos que la villa. La ubicación ideal ya que está a 5 minutos caminando al pueblo de Lajares donde se pueden encontrar Supermercados, bares, restaurantes, pizzería, etc... y a 10 minutos de dsitancia en coche a El Cotillo.

En resumen, una estancia que cumplió con creces lo que buscaba para mi familia y que seguro repetiremos.

Un gran abrazo tanto a la gestora del complejo como al matrimonio que lleva el día a día. Personas muy amables que solucionan cualquier contra tiempo que pueda surgir.
