Situated in the very heart of Malaga in quiet surroundings close to the beach

The penthouse of 120 m2 is located on the 3rd floor in a building with lift in the heart of the historic quarter of Malaga city in quiet surroundings less than 15 minutes walk from Malagueta beach.

The apartment has been decorated in Scandinavian style and with its three bedrooms it offers perfect accommodation for a family holiday.

Set over two levels, the first floor comprises of a spacious lounge with dining area, TV lounge, bathroom with shower and a beautiful open-plan Italian kitchen which gives access to a 15 m2 terrace. The terrace offers 6 chairs, dining table and a barbecue.

The upper level comprises of three bedrooms (one en-suite):

The master bedroom offer a large double bed, bathroom with shower and access to a small balcony, the second bedroom offers a double bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds. The upper level also offers a handy little office suite if you wish to mix business with pleasure.

We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 800 meters from the apartment (minimum stay of 4 days).

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Diese Wohnung liegt zentral im alten Stadtkern, ist ruhig und nach unseren Vorstellungen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Herrlich war der Ausblick auf die Kirche, die nachts bestrahlt wurde. Frühstück fanden wir gleich um die Ecke. Die Bar können wir wirklich empfehlen; preiswert, sehr nettes Personal, guter Schinken und frischgepresster Orangensaft. Wir waren 6 Personen im Alter von ca 60 Jahren. Die Betten waren mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet Falls wir wieder nach Malaga kommen, dann würden wir die Wohnung erneut mieten.

Super location for a great holiday

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is right in the middle if the winding streets of the historic centre of this beautiful city. 10 minute walk to the port with its posh marina and many shops, restaurants and activities. Another few minutes walk and you are on the beach!

10 minutes in the other direction from the apartment and you reach a huge El Cortes Ingles which I especially enjoyed! Another 10 minutes to a big shopping centre Centro Larios.

The facilities of the apartment are good. Two bathrooms. Three bedrooms. Beds are good, sofa a little dated as was the terrace table which could be replaced. The apartment had everything we needed and we were a large group: three boys aged 9,7 and 1, my husband and I and my mother n her late 70s! We were all catered for. The only slight problem was the five steps at the entrance before you get to the lift. This was fine for us as we could lift the buggy but would be an issue for a wheelchair user.

I have fallen in love with malaga and so I certainly hope to visit this apartment again!

Incredible!

We were 5 women who recently rented this apartment for a week. We were

not disappointed. The apartment was well represented in the photos (other

than the ensuite bathroom that needs renovating/updating) and is well

equipped. Perhaps flowers in the pots could be added to make it picture perfect but we weren't missing anything and had no issues with water,

electricity, bedding, towels etc. From prior to booking throughout our

stay we had nothing but excellent service. We were greeted by Esme who

was extremely patient with all our questions and provided excellent

suggestions for restaurants. During our stay when we had questions, we

received responses to our emails immediately. We were checked out by

Steffan who was very professional and made it a painless process - he was

also extremely kind as he helped some of us with our luggage.

Location is excellent. For those who are not used to street noise, bring

ear plugs as it can be noisy during the overnight hours. In the daytime, the one awkward thing was a man outside the door of the building begging for money whilst kneeling (he was there almost every day but was harmless). Other than that, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, transportation, the beach and of course the sights. We had an incredible view of the San Juan church and at night it is illuminated.

Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to be near

the action.

Poor custom care

A nice apartment with good location in Malaga. However, not everything was OK. Both showers had little pressure and the drain was clogged. Water flowed out on the floor. Even though the drain was fixed, none of us got to shower during the first day of the stay. We were not compensated for this. The small double bed, was too small for 2 grownups, so the sixth person slept on the sofa. This had been OK if there had been extra bedsheets, something there was not. We called the person who met us when we arrived, and he told us he would call Stefan and ask for this, but it was not fixed before the next day, when we called again because of the showers. And then there was the duvets. It was a little cold during the night, so we took the duvets out of the closet in the bedrooms, but on 2 of them there was several old bloodstains. The sheets where clean, but also with stains on it. It therefore came as a surprise when we had to pay 10 euro extra when we left, because of a new stain on one of the sheets. It was a stain that would easily go off when washing in a washing-machine. We got no excuses for the dirty duvets we had to sleep in during the stay. Instead we where told that we should have understood that this was only for winterguests. We felt this was very poor custom care, and a very bad ending of the stay.

Great spot

We loved the flat and the location was absolutely ideal. We made the most of our weekend and ate out very night as there is such a wide choice of restaurants. If we had one criticism it would be that the flat as beginning to look a bit tired. We all agreed that it could be fabulous if someone was to spend a little money on it. A lick of paint, new bath mats, shower curtains, bed linen and towels would make a big difference. Otherwise very comfortable

Great apartment & Great Location

Highly recommend this apartment, perfectly equipped and very comfortable for 6 people to stay.

The booking was very easy to arrange and if I'm ever in Malaga again looking for a place to stay this will be at the top of my list.

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
