We've always had a dream to retire in Florida. We love the sun, sand and the overall beach atmosphere that is present pretty much anywhere you go in the state. Buying a second home was the biggest investment we have ever made. During our search we saw many different neighborhoods in Port St Lucie. We picked this home because of the high quality construction from the roof to the pool. We found the Torino area highly desirable due to overall neighborhood appearance and its central access to all the major beaches.
My wife and I must have looked at over 100 homes, but this one we fell in love with immediately. From the second we pulled into the brick driveway and looked up at the sturdy barrel tiled roof, we knew this was going to be a great home. The overall quality of construction was readily apparent from the central kitchen with thick granite counter tops and access to the lanai from the master, living, and family room. There is an open feel to the main living areas with 10ft ceilings and wide arched entryways. The split bedroom floor plan maximizes privacy by having the master bedroom on one end of the house and guest bedrooms on the other. The master bath is an experience in relaxation with a roman style Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The homes landscaping is neat and attractive and culminates with a screened, heated pool with a pebble tec finish in the fenced backyard.
This home was very nice! I needed to be located near Tradition Field and it was only a few miles away.
It has a lot of room and the master suite and bath is large and nice.
It was very clean and organized. A book was there with all of the information needed about the house and the area.
I like the proximity to the stores and interstate too.
Everything worked well and I would stay here again!
This house is so beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and perfectly stocked. They have everything you could need. The pool area is awesome. And as nice as it is, we were never nervous about our two young grandsons. The owners were super nice and helpful and always got right back to us. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!!
I searched online looking for a extended vacation for a month and this home was the best rate for all the amenities provided. All the rentals that I looked for with a pool had fewer rooms and more expensive. The home is laid out perfectly with large master bedroom and huge master bath. All the little things were provided that you wouldn't normally see in other rentals....the office in the bedroom was very helpful during my stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and can't beat the proximity to I 95. Forget the condos and stay here! I'll gladly stay again!
I stayed for 3 months and had a great time. The location is perfect for golf or the beach. Only 5 minutes from I95, which means only a 1/2 hour to about 20 golf courses. And Pepper Beach, with beautiful white sand, is only 15 miles. The neighborhood is quiet with no thru traffic, so it's ideal for walks. Publix and Walgreens only 3 miles away.
The kitchen is modern, with granite counter tops, and top of the line equipment from the utensils to the coffee pot and blender. The pool/lanai face south, so it gets full sun all day. Water temp in low 70s without using the heater. Bedrooms at opposite ends of house, so plenty of privacy.
The owner was easy to deal with. I will be going back here again.
My wife and I were looking for a house along the Treasure Coast area of Florida. Through an online search, I found many sites but most were already spoken for. After making contact with the local agent watching over the property, a real estate document was forwarded through email to me which contained many good photos and descriptions. From these photos we decided to take a chance and make a deposit to hold and prepare a contract for signing. We were coming into the area a few weeks before so an arrangement was made to meet at the house for viewing and sign the final lease along with the initial months rent. We were amazed at the property size and all the necessities available in the house; shampoo, tooth paste, mouth wash, array of quality towels for at least 6 people, some kitchen spices, cooking oils, complete quality stainless steel cooking pots and utensils, leftover food storage containers, plates, cups a clean quality barbeque ready to use, patio furniture, very nice clean heated pool with maintenance supplied, 2 car garage equipped with door opener, tool box, shop-vac, water hose and attachments, 2 smart TVs (32" and 42") with upgraded cable service, wireless internet, wireless telephones with North American call service and so much more. My wife is in a wheelchair most of the time and getting in and out of the house and around the rooms was easy because there was no carpet or steps to contend with. The house is situated in a quiet northern suburb of Port St Lucie which makes it a little remote to the Treasure Coast Mall (30 min drive), Jensen Beach (45 min. drive) and other services in Port St Lucie. Getting to know the area better, there are a lot of hidden areas available in south Ft. Pierce and along I95 which are easier to get to in under 15 minutes. The owner was available to answer any questions and to solve problems quickly without taking up vacation time. All in all, I would highly recommend this property to most of my friends and family (some don't deserve it).
