A great location

The apartment was 50 metres from the beach in a very quiet location, but near to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is traditional and had it's own unique style. The terrace was lovely, plenty of room and ideal for enjoying the sunshine. Overall a great place to stay in Nice.

Excellent apartment in a great position

The property is ideally placed. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and an easy stroll to Place Massena and the Old Town. The station is also just a matter of minutes away. Despite its proximity to the heart of Nice, the property is quiet and peaceful, particular the bedrooms which are away from the street. The Apartment is well furnished and and everything we needed for our stay. It was impeccably clean and tidy. The roof top terrace is a particularly welcome feature and is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon / evening sun. The boulangerie / patisserie at the crossroads of Rue de Rivoli and Rue de France is literally a minute away and is excellent. Management of the property was also first rate - all our communications with the property manager, Segolene Fruchuad, were handled quickly and efficiently. All in all, an excellent property for exploring Nice and surrounding towns and villages.
