3 bedrooms villa (sleeps 6). Private pool. Garden with large terraces

Before the name of the villa was VILLA CRISTINA. If you see the villa in google map you find villa Cristina, not el reconet de n'Aina.

House built in 2006, for 6 people with spacious living room and private pool (measures 8 x4 - 1 mts depth -1.5 mts depth- 2.00 mts depth ). Very quiet place. Ideal for families with children or seeking peace people. Just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 6km from cala san Vicente and 2 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautics sports, in puerto pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre.

Both pollença town, puerto pollensa or cala san vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little).

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is new, is very quiet and is very close to all sites.

We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

What makes this chalet unique

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.

Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others.

Perfect holiday!

Great holiday villa. We stayed for 2 weeks, with our two young children (3 and 6), and their grandparents. It is in a fantastic location, approx 10mins drive to various beaches, 2 mins drive to the supermarket, 5 mins drive to Pollenca. You do need a car. Located in a really peaceful area, calm and quiet - perfect for a relaxing break. But still only 10mins drive to the restaurants on the waterfront. Our favourite beaches were at Puerto Pollenca - even in school holidays they weren't too busy, and parking was no problem at all. The villa itself was perfect for our needs, really safe for the kids, the swimming pool and outdoor area is really well set out, we pretty much spent our whole time outside apart from sleeping and cooking! The villa is well presented, clean, well looked after, the rooms are a good size with plenty of space and storage. The air con in the bedrooms is great for overnight. The villa is well set out with most of it on one level, which was great for our needs. The owner, Joan, is friendly and really helpful, popping in to see if everything was OK. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a super-relaxing holiday, in a great location, with beautiful beaches and great restaurants nearby.

So good we booked to go back !

We had a glorious 2 week holiday at the villa last summer. This is more modern than we have used before but, overall, the best. It is very spacious, the high ceilings create a welcoming open space as does the open plan kitchen / lounge area. There is a lovely opening from the porch to the pool area.

It is very well located, just a 2-3 minute drive from Pollenca old town, shops are handy, yet it is very quiet and peaceful - set back from the road.

The pool is very nice too as is the well maintained garden, a very nice sun trap.

The villa is well appointed, air con in the bedrooms is bliss and wi-fi a very useful addition.

And above all, the owner Joan makes you most welcome, discreet but attentive.

We enjoyed it so much, we booked it again !

Great Villa for Family or Adult alike

This is a well located Villa – within easy reach of all amenities but still very quiet and secluded. The finish is high quality and the Villa is well appointed providing all the things that you need for a great holiday. There are no hidden extras with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach. One key positive is Joan who provides a very high quality service with a warm welcome and constant attention to any requirements but without being intrusive – he really does make a huge difference. We stayed with two couples and two grown-up children but it would be equally suitable for 3 couples or a family of 6. We would definitely stay again.

Wunderschöne Finca

Ein Traum - JEDERZEIT WIEDER!!!

Wir haben Ende September dieses Haus für unsere Familie mit unserem kleinen Baby (3 Monate) gebucht und waren total begeistert.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einem wirklich großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich. Obwohl wir 6 Personen waren, war es groß genug, so dass man sich nie in die Quere kam.

Als wir ankamen hatte der freundliche Besitzer uns auf der Veranda eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt und wir haben ein TIPTOP sauberes, aufgeräumtes und liebevolles Haus vorgefunden. Der Pool und die Liegen waren ebenfalls in einem tadellosen Zustand und selbst wenn es einmal geregnet hat, konnte man gemütlich auf der Veranda sitzen und die tolle Aussicht genießen.

Wir können diese Villa wirklich jedem empfehlen -selbst mit Baby - und werden es sehr wahrscheinlich im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen.

Traumurlaub im Oktober ...

Wer Ruhe sucht und ein tolles Haus mit einem großzügigen Pool sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Die Villa war in einem sehr tadelosen Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber, auch der Pool, das Highlight dieses Hauses, war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Durch seine Länge von 10m ist es gut möglich ungestört, wir haben in zwei Wochen niemanden außer dem sehr netten Vermieter, Danke JOAN! gesehen, darin seine Bahnen zu ziehen.

Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten sich aber bewustsein, dass der Pool mehr für Schwimmer geeignet ist. Die großzügige Terasse bietet genug Schatten um auch an heißen Tagen Entspannung zu finden. Die Außenanlage mit dem Garten ist in einem tadelosen Zustand. Viele schöne Blumen und Grünflanzen sind dank der automatischen Wässerungsanlage zu bewundern. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters stimmte in allen Punkten überein. Das geräumige Wohn- und Ess-Zimmer mit der offenen Küche war für uns vier fast schon zu groß dimensioniert .-)

Sat-Anlage mit deutschen Fernsehen (haben wir nicht gebraucht!), WLAN und kleiner HIFI-Anlage gehöhrten zu der Ausstattung. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde zur Freude unser Kinder fleißig bespielt.

Da das Wetter in unseren 14-Tagen traumhaft war, hatten wir auch durch das Haus einer der schönsten Herbst-Urlaube überhaupt,

Pollença area is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. It is located north east of the island and the town is surrounded by green mountains. One of these small mountain is the sanctuary of Puig, where you can see the entire valley of Pollença, Puerto de Pollença, Cala San Vicente and El Puerto de Alcudia. Are wonderful views.

In pollença town , you can also visit the Calvary, a shrine which is in another small hill. To climb, you can do it with rear by car or by having 365 steps from the front.Since there is also a beautiful panoramic view.

In the port of Pollensa are able to enjoy a wide white sand beach, in addition to a variety of water attractions. Not to forget the women, who also have a variety of shops to buy if they want any souvenirs, furs, shoes, perfumes ...In the Cala San Vicente are the most beautiful bays of the island. They are small, but standing were placed north, water is blue transparent as glass.

Do not miss visit Formentor . A Mallorca famous place.
