Beautiful apartment, 2-4 pax., very bright, with a sea view, in a nice and quiet estate/neighbourhood a 100m. to the beach, in Costa Calma (Fuerteventura) with Blue Flag of European Community. Close to a palm forest with the new walk and next to supermarkets, shopping centres, bus, banks, restaurants, pubs, etc. Fully equipped with furniture, household goods, electrical appliances (TV with individual and collective satellite dish, radio, fridge, a ceramic hob, a electrical oven, coffee machine, etc.). It has a terrace of 14m, where you see the sea, completeley equipped (hammocks, clothes horse, etc.). Private parking. In the zone, all kinds of water sports can be practised. Ideal for a few calm and sunny vacations!!!

Perfect relation quality - price. Nice seaviews.

We have been very happy in this apartment. It is very nice, cute, bright and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vitro, pot mixer, etc. The TV has international channels as english. Very fast connection of wifi. The seaviews from the balcony is really nice. We park the car close to the apartment in the private parking, very useful and comfortable for us. The beach is just a couple minutes walking. Also, supermarket, shops, rest. and every service. Very complete in a complete zone. We recommed it highly to everybody that wants relax, sun, cristal beaches and calm.

Splendid seaviews, marvellous!.

Really nice, clean, carefull, cute, with everything you may need as tools for cooking as others. The seaviews from the balcony is fantastic with furniture of garden. The area is full of shops as supermarket, restaurants, homemade bread and pastries, banks and every service. It has a private parking. We did not rent a car, the bus stop is very near to visit the island. Near the sea, it is perfect to have a good holiday there.

Nice seaviews from its balcony. Perfect holidays.

Very nice apartment, clean, well equipped for cooking inside. The balcony is very big with garden furniture. The seaviews is fantastic. Near, there are shops, restaurants, supermarket, rent a car, banks and all services for a good holiday. It has a private parking, closed to the apartment, very comfortable for us. This apartment is highly recommended to enjoy a perfect holiday on the beach.

Good Location

Stayed here in April, it was a very nice apartment, the balcony has a sea view with stunning sunrises, the apartment is a little bit tired and could do with a face lift, the toilet seat broken and needs to be replaced, these are minor points and if addressed would be at least 4 stars. Location is brilliant, shops, restaurants and the beach are all within easy reach. Philip, who looks after you is very good, just give him a call when you arrive and he is there in minutes with the key and you can call him at any time with problems.

Next time, please call Philip about any issue you could see and it will be fixed immediatelly. In the other hand, is nice to know that your holiday was nice in the apartment. Great holiday apartment

We spent several days at this apartment with our four year old and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful. It is located in a good location for exploring many nearby beaches and within walking distance to several shopping and restaurant areas. The apartment was well stocked - there were all the needed kitchen tools, fresh linens, great hot water, towels, etc. The owner was super responsive in responding to questions or any communications and check-in/check-out was very easy.

Fantastic sea views from the balcony.Very complete

We are two families who were enjoying our stay in two beautiful apartments from the same owner. This apartment is very cheerful, bright, comfortable, equipped with everything you need. There is a fairly large terrace with garden furniture. Nice seaviews from its balcony. It has a private parking next to the apartment, very comfortable. It is near the beach, supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants and all. We recommend this to anyone that would like a relaxing holiday on the beach.

Pájara Township has the largest expanse of beaches in the Canaries. Highlight of Costa Calma in Sotavento (which is held every year the world championships in windsurfing and katesurf), the Cofete and Morro Jable. In the town of Pájara you can visit the church of Our Lady of Regla, first built in 1687 and later enlarged.

Places of interest apart from its beautiful beaches, natural monument houses Ajuí ocean sediments and fossils of marine animals and disappeared. Natural Park in Jandia peninsula of the same name, with many endemic and endangered species of flora and fauna. Natural Monument Mountain Cardon of scientific interest for its rich flora.

In the La Lajita (12kms. of Costa Calma), sits the Camel Park, where you can see a tropical oasis which includes a zoo where live more than 200 animal species from around the world and take a ride on camel. Recommended.

Other Activities: Kite Surf. Zoo Visit the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands, La Lajita to 6 kms.
