Enjoy true city centre living in this modern 1 bedroomed apartment located just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow's most famous street.

Garnethill Gem is surrounded by all of Glasgow's major theatres, shops, restaurants and Universities, yet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a historical residential district.

The apartment has gas central heating and a security entry system. All power is included.

Welcome breakfast pack for your first morning with your choice of brown or white bread and a welcome bottle of wine for a relaxing evening drink on your day of arrival. Choice of red or white.

The flat includes free wireless broadband. There is also FREE Haggis (freshly caught) for you to sample if you are feeling brave and FREE Irn-Bru. Garnethill area is a highly popular residential area due to close proximity to the City Centre and has excellent transport links with the M8 motorway. Visitor parking available. Sorry no pets, smoking and no parties.

I have lived in Glasgow all my life and currently live approximately 5 miles from the apartment. I studied at Strathclyde University in Glasgow from where I gained a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Eng. I own this apartment and 11 other in the city all of which I personally operate as holiday apartments.
