Spacious and very popular condo located on the 9th floor. This beautiful condo has a large dining table with six chairs and four seats at the counter - great for family gatherings and game playing on rainy days. There is also plenty of seating in the living room for movie night! New master bedroom furniture (cottage style) as of 2021. Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony - accessible from living room and master bedroom! Condo features central air, new dishwasher, new stove as ot 2022, microwave, washer and dryer, 4 Flatscreen TVs, 4 DVD players, Comcast TV and free Wi-Fi for guests! Maximum Occupancy: 10. Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. The Plaza has onsite Restaurant and Tiki Bar (In Season), 24-hour Security, dry - heat Saunas, Hot Tub, indoor, outdoor and kiddies' pools.
