Detached 3/4 bedroom house 2300sq ft.With a different view from every window

Newly built luxury spacious three/four bedroomed bungalow on an elevated site. The kitchen is large and equipped with all modern amenities. We recyle and there are different bins for separating waste.The utility room has a dryer, washing machine and freezer. There are two large bathrooms,one of them is a wet room. We have a lovely sun room with a stereo system where you can relax. The sitting room has an open turf burning fire for chilly evenings. There is a selection of books and board games/cards. There is a very efficient oil-fired heating system throughout the house. The bedrooms are a good size with a beautiful hill and sea views from each window.Plenty of room for car parking,and a nice garden for entertaning with garden furniture and barbeque. Close to all amenities in the village with a great selection of restaurants and bars usually with entertainment at night -have a great time!

Perfect house in a very convenient and beautiful spot

My husband and I stayed here in August 2016 with my 77 year old mother and young boys, aged 6 and 8. The house is really beautiful - very new and solid, gorgeous stonework and windows everywhere, large kitchen with a great laundry room, very comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. My kids loved playing soccer outside and we loved hanging out in the kitchen or living room. We spent more time in Cahirsiveen than Waterville, which is closer, but the location of the house was ideal. Especially if you want to see the Skelligs, which was a priority for us. We would love to stay here again and bring even more of our family!

An excellent choice

Penny Lane is a large, clean and modern house which is well equipped and has ample outside space if you are visiting with children and want to play in the open air. It is ideally situated close to Waterville but within easy striking distance of other local attractions such as Ballyskelligs beach and Derrynane House and Park.

We certainly had a good time

Superb house on the Ring of Kerry

The Penny Lane house is a wonderful house in itself and convenient to all that the Ring of Kerry has to offer. The listing is accurate and the owner could not have been more accommodating. Hannah's housekeeper was immediately available to meet us for check-in and check-out and the owners were available by phone if we needed them. The house was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. It was the perfect place for our family reunion and kept us all comfortable. We would highly recommend Penny Lane and the overall area. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the usage!!!

We enjoyed a really good stay in this very pleasant house, located in a calm area with nice view on the hills, but being close to Waterville at the same time.

Everything was clean and well arranged in this new house with all facilities needed, and even more with golf clubs, bicycle, fishing rods.

We also had a warm welcome from the owners, Philp and Hanna, always available to help us.

A Beautiful Retreat

Just a beautiful place, the house had everything you could want, clean, big kitchen with all facilities, great views and such a peaceful location. Owner and his family couldn't do enough for us, from the greating on arrival to guidence on where to go and what to see. Waterville is a quite place with good pubs/retaurants and friendly locals. The surrounding coastline has the most stunning scenery, the winding roads of the ring of kerry has breathtaking views round every corner. Didnt really go far in the week, day trips out to Cork, Killarny, which were really worthwhile, most of the time was spent in the spring sunshine on the beaches and on surrounding hills of Kerry & Valencia Island.

A great holiday, highly recommended and will definately return again.

This property is ideally situated in close proximity to Waterville which is on the Ring of Kerry. The scenery is spectacular with panoramic coastal and hill views. Waterville is situated between Lough Currane (which has excellent salmon and trout fishing with boats available for hire) & Ballinskellings Bay with a number of blue flag beaches. There is also excellent sea fishing available from shore and boat hire.The area boasts an abundance of historical sites. Among these is the 6th century skelligs unesco world heritage site, a stone fort at Loher and also 6th century ruins on church island. There is a near by equestrian centre approx 2 miles away with a full itinery available of lessons and local riding trecks. Among the other pastimes available are: cycling and water sports. Watersports are in abundance with local water sport adventure centres in Valentia, Ballinskelligs and Derrynane. Waterville boasts two golf courses, one of which is the renowned Waterville Golf Links, championship golf course which is listed in the top 5 golf links in Ireland. This property is 5 minutes drive to the centre of Waterville Village where a number of gourmet restaurants and bars are available and also craft shops displaying local art .This property is on the route of the 'Kerry Way' which is a very interesting walk.
