As someone with a degree in hotel management, I love to be able to accommodate our guest as if they are home. Their satisfaction is very important to us.
Why Izi chose Upper West Side
We restored this 1880's brownstone preserving all of historic features, but in the same time providing all the luxury with high tech communication infrastructure of an office. For example every corner of the apartments are wired for 100 GB internet connection.
What makes this Apartment unique
We have I believe a unique property in one of the nicest areas of Manhattan with all the amenities we could possibly offer, ie; high speed wired and WIFI internet, Custom made European kitchen with Miele Appliances, Washer/Dryer, IP based video intercom etc.

A tiny, well-equipped modern studio hideaway in interesting neighborhood
This is an attractive studio on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a totally rehabbed old building on a quiet residential West Side street. The recent renovation means that everything works--huge TV, dishwasher, washer-dryer, ac, double-paned windows, new stove, sofa bed--and that there is little noise from other apartments in the building. The residential street is quiet, for Manhattan.
The neighborhood is interesting--a mixture of chichi and working class--and both Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues have lots and lots of interesting eating places, from the expensive to ethnic to down-home bodega-cafes. Saturday nights see a youthful social scene around many restaurants and bars. Two supermarkets, a liquor store and a subway stop are a few blocks away.
The owner, Itzi, and the property manager, Elio, were unfailingly helpful and courteous when I needed a place to stay in an emergency.
It was a pleasure to accommodate Dr. Johanna Lessinger in the apartment. She was always very accommodating when needed. She kept and left the apartment very clean even washed the linens which she did not have to.
I will very highly recommend her as a tenant and welcome her anytime.
This unit and location is as deceived. A plus the owner Izi is great helpful thorough and always available. We will be back for another stay next year.

Conveniently located in the heart of Upper West Side, one block away from Central Park and B-C-1 Line subway stations for easy access everywhere in Manhattan.
The Upper West Side is a neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan in New York City that lies between Central Park and the Hudson River above West 59th Street and below West 125th Street. It encompasses the neighborhood of Morningside Heights.
Like the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side is primarily a residential and commercial area, with many of its residents working in more commercial areas in Midtown and Lower Manhattan. While these distinctions were never hard-and-fast rules, and now mean little, it has the reputation of being home to New York City's affluent cultural and artistic workers, in contrast to the Upper East Side, which is perceived to be traditionally home to affluent commercial and business types. The neighborhood is decidedly upscale with the median household income above the Manhattan average.
