Firstly, we believe the Townhouse is in a great location. Conveniently located 1 km from the West Swan Road (the main highway through the Swan Valley), you can be enjoying the activities and fantastic food and wine of the Valley in under five minutes. The Swan Valley itself is only 10 minutes from Perth Airport and the CBD and Northern beaches can be reached in 25 minutes.
Right across the road from the property there are great cafes and delis - where you can enjoy a morning flat white and plan your day. If you don't feel like cooking there is also a good selection of family run food outlets.
Secondly, the property offers modern, hotel standard fittings, furnishings and household appliances. From a chef's kitchen to an outdoor BBQ and entertaining area overlooking the lake. We believe you will feel like you are in your home (not in somebody else's). If you get tired of the view, there is Foxtel cable TV (With Sports and Movies packages) and Wifi internet available.
