This cozy and charming condo within Savannah's Landmark Historic District is just steps away from historic Greene Square, among the antebellum homes, and beneath the Live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. The famed Pirate's House is a short walk away and just beyond is exciting River Street. There is no more convenient location.
The parade route for St. Patrick's Day celebration is a block away.
Enjoy home-away-from-home comforts for your visit to 'America's most beautiful city.' Situated on the first floor of an historic, circa 1915 brick building, you will enter the condo via a private entrance in front and may step outside the back door to a shared courtyard. One bedroom plus a queen-sized convertible sleeper sofa accommodates up to 4 guests. One full bath with tub and shower. High quality linens and towels provided. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and is outfitted with amenities needed to prepare a large meal. The living room provides seating for a total of 6 (the table under the tv converts to seat four people and 2 at the coffee bar). There is a flat screen TV, Roku streaming player and netflix along with a bluetooth speaker system. High-speed WiFi is also included.
The condo is pet friendly. The fee is $25.00 per pet.
PARKING - There is both Metered Parking and FREE Parking! Parking is very easy at this location. There are meters right across the street and there is usually one or two spots open at all times. The meters are FREE on Saturday and Sunday and are enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you go less than 1/2 of a block to Greene Square, Parking is free, as well as on the other side of our building. You may also pay for a visitors pass at the Welcome Center which allows you to park at meters and not have to pay.
EARLY CHECK-IN! Our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Text when you get into town to see if you may check in early.

My husband and I moved to Savannah in 2006 from Carmel, California. We traveled here in 2005 to 'meet the parents' before we married. When I saw the price of real estate for historic homes, the decision was instantly made to travel cross-country for a new adventure! Nearly nine years later we are still excited about our decision. This space boasts 14 foot ceilings and is less than a 10 minute walk to River Street! It is airy, bright and recently updated. It's location combined with the price is next to none! Walk across the street to enjoy a meal at Cha Bella or grab a Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi's for a picnic in Greene Square.

The property is very clean and well maintained. We chose the location as it is in the historic district and close to several points of interest. It is about a 15-minute walk to Forsyth Park and about a 5 minute walk to the waterfront.
The apartment had a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the ceiling fan in the bedroom for air circulation. The bathroom was of adequate size with a full-size shower/tub. Good water pressure and hot water. Nice towels too.
The wi-fi worked very well and we enjoyed having cable tv as we "cut the cord" at home.
This property is a great value for the price. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.
We enjoyed the stay very much. Unit was nice and clean, easy walking to the squares and downtown. Parking was easy as long as you are mindful of the street cleaning signs. We would definitely stay here again!
This is the second time we have visited Savannah and our first time at this rental - couldn't have been happier. Perfect size for us and allowed dogs - close enough that Green Square is only a 30 second walk from the apartment. Bed was comfortable, space was very well utilized and well decorated! Would stay here again in a heart beat !
The property is clean, well furnished. Perfect for a weekend or a longer stay. Close walking distance to everything downtown.
So soon after Matthew but luckily all was well for our first visit to Savannah. Highly recommend Grayline tours, walk to Smith deli on Liberty! Location was super, used pedicabs and cabs. Riverfront eateries excellent. City market overrated imo but Belfords restaurant very good! Tybee just recovering and couldnt visit Fort Pulaski due to storm damage. There is a wonderful military museum, Webb's within walking distance from apartment! The apartment was superior and cozy. Would definitely return!
Just steps away from historic Greene Square. On street parking is just outside the door. (Visitor parking passes for metered parking are available at the visitor's center) Also, unmetered parking is located around the building and on Greene Square.
