This ground floor condo comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the master and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Balcony off the living room overlooks the manicured courtyard grounds. The community pool is heated March and April (subject to temperature). Many new updates to this great condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Freshly painted, new hardwood floors, completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, updated bathroom and now offering WiFi, make this property a great beach vacation value!

First night at the pool....large Mexican party with loud Mexican music...not relaxing after driving 8 hours. So that was a dissapointment. As far as the condo...needs major furniture update. You can find cheap furniture surely somewhere that would be more comfortable. The couch was like sitting on a sandpaper. I put a sheet down in order to sit on it. The bed...worst. my husband ended up with neck stiffness after sleeping on it a few days...definitely needs replaced. The unit had an awful smell. We went out and bought an air fresher which did not help...found out it was the nasty mat in the tub. We took it out and hung it on the porch to dry out...only to get a nasty gram on the door about the "strict" policy to not do that! Really!! This was also the day when the maintenance guy...while I was standing at the door...walks up the steps...he sees me standing there...walks up anyway with a power washer and starts washing. I couldn't believe he did that. That was crazy. We won't be going back to this place.
It was our family's first time to stay in the Seagrove area , we had stayed at Destin and Panama City but were looking for a less commercialized feel. We booked last minute, and were pleased to find the location. The condo was affordable, excellent for easy beach access and had the convenience of having the store next door. The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed riding bikes to seaside and watercolor for concert and shopping. We also took advantage of the seafood market. This will be our go to vacation spot!
Great little condo on the corner lot with easy access to the beach walk and bottom floor. Condo was fully equipped just like a home, we didn't need anything and cooked several nights. Slight noise next door at gas station but also convienent to purchase items without driving. Bikes on patio for renter use and all beach essentials in case you forget. Ice chests, chairs umbrella, sand pails, etc.... We will be back!
Great condo! Easy access to the beach. The only drawback to this location is the proximity to the gas station. Early morning noise (trash trucks especially) might wake light sleepers.
