Before you pack up the car and head for the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!

Downtown Bryson City has an elevation of 1,752 feet, so think of this as a starting point. The majority of our cabins will have a higher elevation than this. This means that our roads- both state and private- will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be use to driving. Also, you should expect to encounter gravel roads. Consider it part of our rural mountain charm!

It lulls you to sleep every night (yes you can hear it while inside behind closed doors and windows). Small, quaint, remote and pristine. We'll be back again!

A Deep Peaceful Feeling

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin on the Creek was everything we hoped it would be. The cabin was in a great location nestled in the trees beside a beautiful creek. I cannot express the feelings of peace we felt sitting there watching the water flowing and hearing the sounds. This cabin is a place where you can literally renew your soul. The cabin was clean and had everything you needed. The hot tub was amazing, what a wonderful experience. The staff at Yellow Rose Real Estate were very friendly and helpful. We were concerned with the possibility of snow coming to the area and not being able to get down the mountain, but the staff at Yellow Rose put our concerns at ease. Thank you. This is a cabin that we will definitely come back to. P.S. this is the only place we have ever stayed that my husband did not want to leave! He just kept saying, I could live here.
