2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4. Prime location on the beach, next to the marina

Our paradise is located on the beach front in Puerto Portals just next to the marina.

We just renovated the apartment and tastefully decorated it.

You can relax, swim in the community pool or the sea and sit on the terrace with a stunning sea view. The terrace is south facing and in the whole length of the apartment, so you will have the sun from morning until evening. You can stroll through the private garden to the marina with wonderful restaurants and designer shops, or the beach with 3 very good snack bars.

The property is gated and very secure. There is an private underground parking space.

This location is magic, and we hope that you will love it as much as we do

Local area: Coast/Beach

The local beaches are safe, secure and sandy. Portals beach is away from roads, has toilet and shower facilities and it is in front of the apartment.


There are a number of golf courses within 5 minutes drive including Royal Golf Bendinat, Andratx, Son Vida, Santa Ponsa and a total of 19 golf courses to choose from on the island

To arrange a booking please email. To secure a booking you will need to send off 40% deposit of the full payment and the remaining balance 8 weeks before arrival. We also require a full cash deposit of 400€ against damages, which is payable on arrival. This will be returned on departure once the apartment has been thoroughly checked.

Direct access to the beach and to Puerto Portals marina and restaurants. There are 2 minutes walk to the supermarket with fresh bread and a wonderful delicatess. The local shops in Portals Nous consist of pharmacy, restaurants, bars, gift/card shops, coffee shops, supermarket banks, doctors/dentist and newsagents. Puerto Portals has a variety of restaurants and bars as well as exclusive shops and coffee bars. Marineland and 2 water parks as well as go-carting are just a few tourist attractions that are within half an hour in distance. Lift access directly from the garage to the apartment front door, ideal after shopping. The shared swimming pool has free sun loungers, put out daily by the caretaker. Adjacent to the pool, the are a shower room for your disposal. On the beach, there are 3 snack bars ideal for lunch This apartment is for long term let or winter let. From the beginning, communication with the owner, Ronnie, was first class.

When we arrived at the apartment it was spotlessly clean. The apartment is in superb condition and everything you could need is already there.

The situation is excellent with a view over the garden, swimming pool and the sea. We could not fault anything about the apartment and the ambience on the balcony in the evening is magical!

In the morning you wake to the sound of the waves lapping on the sea shore...

The port of Puerto Portals is just a few minutes walk away and there is a huge variety of restaurants to visit and it's also a great place to just sit, have a drink and relax watching the world go by. A great place to keep your boat too if you have one.

Shopping for provisions is also very easy in the village of Portals Nous which is a few minutes walk away with a well stocked supermarket . If you just happen to be sunbathing by the pool the shop in the port is a short walk from the garden just to pop out for an ice cream, cold drink or newspaper.

The beach is accessed almost directly from the garden although it should be mentioned that security is also very good.

A great apartment and a great holiday.

Wundervoller Urlaub in exquisiter Wohnung

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ich liebe es, am Meer zu wohnen, näher als hier geht es nicht mehr. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Die Wohnungsbesitzer haben einen sehr guten Geschmack, man hat alles was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche hat eine sehr gute Hausfrau mitgewirkt, es ist alles da, wenn man gerne kocht. Ich wäre gerne noch geblieben und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Our holiday to Ronnie's apartment

The apartment is in the perfect location - with views of the beach and stunning coastline. It's a first floor apartment so it's very easy to walk down a few steps to the pool area and to the beach. We stayed over two weekends and we found the apartment block peaceful with residents who were very friendly. The main bedroom is great....lying in bed looking out to sea and listening to the waves lapping on the shore. Morning sun on the sea was even more perfect!!

There is a lift in the apartment block which we used as we have a baby.

The apartment was very clean and provided plenty of bed linen and towels. Plenty of storage space too. It felt very homely with everything thought of e.g. highchair for our baby, beach toys, books, binoculars etc. The supermarket is just up the road so we did buy some food and eat in some nights.

The marina nearby (approx 3 minute walk) provides excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. The locals are extremely friendly and welcomed us and especially our baby son. Great for people watching too!

We hired a car. It's very easy to drive around Mallorca - and Palma is about a 15 to 20 min drive. The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to every one of all ages and family too. I will be returning again to Ronnie's apartment. You will love it too!

We found the owner very helpful, honest and amiable from the start. The property manager was also very helpful and pleasant and settled us in well.

Topwohnung in Toplage

Die Wohnung liegt in allererster Strandlage in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, hat einen riesigen Balkon (10 m) mit Panoramablick auf die Badebucht, den Hafen von Portals Nous und die neue "Beach Alm". Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht ihrem luxoriösen Charakter. 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen und 2 Badezimmer ( eines en Suite ) eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Wäsche und Handtücher, Internet-Anschluss, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Flachbildschirm-Fernseher und Klimaanlage. In der Wohnanlage gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool und Liegewiese. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage.

Die gesamte Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, alles ist sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seiner Kontaktperson vor Ort war immer freundlich und gut.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

Wir waren im September 2010 in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung, die sich ganz besonders durch ihre absolut geniale Lage auszeichnet. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und die Bilder sagen ohnehin schon alles.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Strand ist super gepflegt, das Meer wunderschön, die Bars cool usw.

Wir waren 4 Generationen von 3-85 Jahren und es war für jeden ideal !

Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen garantiert wieder.

Portals Nous, which is the local village, is 3 minutes walking distance. Puerto Portals is 1 minutes downstairs from the complex and Portals Nous beach is in front. Palma is 15 minutes via car or taxi, although buses do run from the village every half hour.

You can go to Valldemossa and Andratx in 20 minutes by car.

There are a number of bikers that come to Mallorca as in surrounding areas, there are bike paths in Palma alone of up to 15km and many routes that are used all over the island.

There are a number of places to visit in Mallorca, from vineyards to pottery, shows, including 'Come Fly with Me' based on Sinatra, casino, water parks and many beautiful villages, like Soller. This town especially, has wonderful views and boasts orange and lemon trees throughout.
