1 bedroom apartment with space for 4 persons
Welcome to all travelers to your new home away from home! This is the perfect apartment for you to explore all of New York City and its delights for your ultimate traveling convenience. 20 mins away from Times Square and all of the major NYC landmarks. The space itself is only a short walk to the train station (about 8 mins). High ceilings and luxury finishes make this a rare find!
With its high ceilings and great features, this space gives off a homey feel. Whether you are touring New York City on holiday or a business traveler, you will find most amenities you desire. There has been a lot of attention placed in making your stay memorable.
NOTICE: Credit Card and ID of the person booking will be checked on check in. No Exception. They must match the booking info to retrieve keys to the apartment.
Home is completely private and you have the whole space for yourself.
Parking: There is a parking lot a block away from the building that rents spots for $5/day and $10/day for 24 hours. There are several other lots in the area.
Street parking is free but difficult to find given the urban environment and you will have to move it for street cleaning so I would recommend using the lot. The information is below:

Not worth the money I paid - update: I got scabies from this VRBO.
I am usually not one to complain. I would say that yes, you get what you paid for - however I do not believe this apartment was worth paying, especially given its location in Jersey City. First of all, the whole place reeked of cat litter. However that didn’t bother me as much as the fact that every now and then the apartment would just smell of smoke for one reason or another. Also, the dishes were extremely dirty - we had to wash them prior to even using them. The drawers reeked, and the larger closet doors wouldn’t even slide through to the other side. On the bright side, the heater worked great. It is less than 10 minutes to the PATH station. If I had paid (way) less for this place then I would have understood and not complained about most of the things I mentioned above.
EDIT: it has now been a little over 4 weeks after the trip and I started noticing bites and itchiness especially during the evening. I just came back from a doctor's appt and they said that I have scabies and I have to wash essentially everything that I've ever worn or laid on in the last three days. Scabies develops about 4-6 weeks after contact and can be received through person-to-person or through bedding and clothing. This property was definitely not the cleanest and the sheets also felt itchy from the beginning. This is not only an inconvenience but a huge health hazard. VRBO should not be tolerating this quality of cleanliness.
Apartment was fine
We would have appreciated a few more pots and pans ( only1 pot for cooking) and a coffee machine would be nice. The above would have made it 5 star
Affordable and accessible.
The place is sufficient. No free parking but there's a paid parking lot across the grocery store. Limited lots. Close to metro (about 6-8mins walk) that goes into NYC which is nice.
My coworker and I stayed at Yousufs pad and we loved it. It was 15 minutes away from manhattan and very clean inside with a pull out matters for my coworker. If we're on business in NY again we'll definitely be booking Yousufs place again
Me & my wife were visiting family for the week and decided to take a stay at Yousufs place. The place was pleasant, very clean and everything was up to par. No matter what time I wrote yousuf he was prompt with his replies and made us feel at home. I'll definitely be staying at yousufs pad again when we visit. Thanks a lot!
Between 2-3 stars, Served its purpose but.....
Overall the place was decent.
looks- great cute little apartment, clean, had everything you needed towels, soap etc. Pictures are ACCURATE loved the look of it.
Space- Small def no more than 2 ppl, first floor of the building so that was a plus.
Location- perfect 8-10 minute walk to the trains you need to take for NYC, everything is walking distance shops, markets, food etc., one market literally right next to you. 15-20 minute train ride to the city.
NO PARKING ANYWHERE I WAS LIVID- we drove around for almost 45 minutes looking for parking because there was nothing set up for us which we didnt feel was ok at all! If you have guests for more than one night i feel like if its that huge of an issue something needs to be done in advance, bc of this we had to do a parking garage which was a ten minute walk WITH ALL OF OUR STUFF bc were obviously not going to keep walking back and fourth. Landlord said he would try and do something nothing was done.
We finally get there and theres no key in the box, at this point i was finished had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes outside in a hallway after walking forever with tons of luggage for someone to show up with the key. i get mistakes happen but nothing was offered in return for any of the inconvenience- Unprofessional.
We FINALLY got in and we were smacked in the face with the SMELL OF CAT PEE. My finance had cats i have dogs so we knew right away what it was and it was strong that needs to be tended too right away i couldn't believe it.
If these things are tended to and fixed the place would be Perfect.
if your going to NYC go to Journal square station and take it straight to the world train center start touring from there we made the mistake of going all the way to 33rd st and had to make our way all the way back downtown which was a hassle.
