Fantastic weekend away with friends. Amazing house, spectacular views.

  • 4 of 5

I booked this house for a special weekend away with the Lads. It didn't disappoint, the house is amazing with plenty of room. The decking area facing the sea is spectacular and the living area is the perfect chill out lounge.

If you're looking for a more chilled party house this is a must.

Very much a wow factor on arrival. Good lay out for socialising . Nice to be close to beach and town with nice walks. A deeper look into property general plates , cups and mugs etc are a bit of a miss mass. Garden needs attention . Overall thou the wow factor remained .

The pictures don't do it justice

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I spent a couple of nights here towards the end of May, we were pretty excited after checking the pictures on the website so many times! But that first moment you take in the view... It's stunning, there were 6 of us and each one of us were lost for words.

It's a huge place, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The observation room is pretty unique and a nice place to sit during the evening if it gets a bit chilly. The pebble beach is quiet and private and having a path that leads to it makes it feel like your own personal beach.

We would definitely stay here again and if you get the right weather then you're in for a treat.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views.

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of 9 Ladies and stayed at the house for a peaceful weekend break. The house is brilliantly designed to maximise the views and has so many lovely touches, the bath looking out over the sea and the sun terraces on both sides. Even though there was a lot of us, the open plan aspect meant we never felt crowed. The house was kitted out with everything we needed including a great BBQ, plenty of comfortable places to sit and sunbath, fabulous kitchen and more than enough bathrooms. The owner also was great to deal with and always got back to me promptly if I had any questions regarding the house. Such a wonderful weekend was had, the only negertive was having to leave!

Amazing house!

  • 5 of 5

We had a girl's weekend here (7 of us). The house is so beautiful and was perfect for us. The first floor living space (with views out to sea) is all open plan so, it's a really sociable house and we all got to spend lots of quality time together. The bedrooms were great too with lots of comfy beds and sleeping up to 10. I think all of us would liked to have moved in! The beach is great for walks and we sampled the local pub, but as the house was so great, we just wanted to spend most of our time there. I can't recommend this place enough and hope we'll be back soon.

As a seaside town, Selsey offers everyone good beaches, clean water, wonderful seafood, excellent sea fishing opportunities and some of the best sunshine in the UK. You will notice that Selsey is a quiet place, not least because there isn't any through traffic, everyone who is here is here because they want to be. Visit the most southerly point in West Sussex. Selsey's history includes a vital link with the D Day landings. Some of the Mulberry Harbours were hidden off Selsey during the build up to the landings.

Selsey also proud itself of its link with the RNLI and visitors can visit the boathouse and see, close up, the amazing equipment that modern sea rescue demands.

One of the main local attractions is Chichester Harbour. Bright wide expanses and intricate creeks are at the same time a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain’s most popular boating waters. This unique area has quite rightly been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
