Eco friendly house with 4 bedrooms. This house has been built with the environment in mind. Air Source Heat Pump, rainwater harvester and environmentally friendly building materials have been used to make this house as carbon neutral as possible. The property is ideally located to enjoy the beach, nearby Chichester, local facilities like The Lifeboat in and Goodwood with its horse races and car shows.
This property is all about its view of the amazing coast and being close to the sea. Therefore it is best suited to people enjoying the outdoor, the sea, the fresh air, the view, the beauty of being indoors but being surrounded by wind, water, sun, sky, stars whilst spending time with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere ... It is less suitable for people expecting 'formal' surroundings.
Nothing beats the view of the sea from the large balcony. Very spacious and accomodating for 8-10 people looking for somewhere special to spend a week or long weekend.
Very spacious and well equipped house with four bedrooms, on a quiet street, right by the water's edge, and with an amazing view over the sea.
The living area and decks (on both sides) are upstairs, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Also Sabina (the owner) was very easy to deal with.
I booked this house for a special weekend away with the Lads. It didn't disappoint, the house is amazing with plenty of room. The decking area facing the sea is spectacular and the living area is the perfect chill out lounge.
If you're looking for a more chilled party house this is a must.
Very much a wow factor on arrival. Good lay out for socialising . Nice to be close to beach and town with nice walks. A deeper look into property general plates , cups and mugs etc are a bit of a miss mass. Garden needs attention . Overall thou the wow factor remained .
Amazing space, lovely views, very comfortable, very quirky, thoroughly reccomend it.
My friends and I spent a couple of nights here towards the end of May, we were pretty excited after checking the pictures on the website so many times! But that first moment you take in the view... It's stunning, there were 6 of us and each one of us were lost for words.
It's a huge place, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The observation room is pretty unique and a nice place to sit during the evening if it gets a bit chilly. The pebble beach is quiet and private and having a path that leads to it makes it feel like your own personal beach.
We would definitely stay here again and if you get the right weather then you're in for a treat.
As a seaside town, Selsey offers everyone good beaches, clean water, wonderful seafood, excellent sea fishing opportunities and some of the best sunshine in the UK. You will notice that Selsey is a quiet place, not least because there isn't any through traffic, everyone who is here is here because they want to be. Visit the most southerly point in West Sussex. Selsey's history includes a vital link with the D Day landings. Some of the Mulberry Harbours were hidden off Selsey during the build up to the landings.
Selsey also proud itself of its link with the RNLI and visitors can visit the boathouse and see, close up, the amazing equipment that modern sea rescue demands.
One of the main local attractions is Chichester Harbour. Bright wide expanses and intricate creeks are at the same time a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain’s most popular boating waters. This unique area has quite rightly been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
