If you are looking for a place to call home , with spectacular views and all the comforts you are used to, this is the house for you!! This single family home is located on 61 st its a great location for the beach, bayside dining, evenings by the water and Ocean City entertainment. Its spacious and modern with many private areas for people to gather and enjoy the bay views. There is a 50’ waterfront deck, private to this house, The house offers a large living and dining area, a work station, a first floor 1/2 bath full kitchen, 4 bedrooms upstairs the master with its own walk in shower and private deck, 2 other bedrooms offer queen size beds and there is a full in the 4th bedroom. There is another full bath just remodeled.
The sofa has a pullout queen sleeper and there is a twin rollaway as well.
The deck is 50' with an awning and comfortable patio furnishings, there is a small patio off the main deck and a small sunroom off the living room.
Complex also has a boat dock and gazebo.
Free parking right in front of the house. Also convenient to the Ocean City bus route that picks up every 15 minutes. This house has all the comforts of home with the convenience of anything you would like to do while visiting Ocean City.
New this year Ocean City is allowing beach bonfires!!!

Best Single Family Home

Absolutely loved this property! There were four of us and it was perfect. The absolute best part is the deck! Beautiful views! The house was as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This is definitely one we will rent again!

Great Beach location

Our family had a great experience at the beach and the house was perfect! Great location for hitting the beach and not fighting for parking and space but still minutes away from the boardwalk. Kids enjoyed fishing off the deck of the house or playing on the tennis courts close by. Rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities to just have a great time at the property also.

My husband and I live in a small town in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania, we have one son who at that time was ready to leave the house and the area. We wanted to do something different and since we spent our vacations at the beach, we thought it would be an adventure and a project to buy properties in Ocean City and start our own rental business, we both enjoy property management and the design and upkeep this requires, in the off season we do all the renovations ourselves, we are always improving our properties to give our guests a wonderful vacation. We hope they return for many years.

We liked the Trader's Cove community which is on 61st , this particular property was exceptional because it is a single family home, and it has an enormous waterfront deck, so realistically this was the best house in the best location in Ocean City.

This house is really unique, it is located on 61 street in the Traders Cove community, it is a single family home that has a 50' waterfront deck, and a side patio. the house has an open floor plan, modern amenities and all the comforts of home. The bedrooms are spacious, with walk in closets, the kitchen Is up to date and comfortable to cook in, there is also a small relaxing sunroom to enjoy the view and escape the sun. There is also a washer and dryer. We provide 4 sand chairs along with a beach cart and 2 kayaks available for your enjoyment!
