This 2 BR/2BA 1050 sf unit is close to the lifts/town with spectacular views, exceptional upgraded features, pool, hot tub, sauna, 3D TV, large stone gas fireplace, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, in unit washer/dryer, covered parking right outside your door, everything to make your stay comfortable, and memorable.

Most Breck condos look like condos anywhere, are crowded in with other condos, or are too small to be comfortable ... and the views are of other condos. This unit enjoys great views of green space and the mountains, is 50% larger than most 2 BR units, is rustic with one of the nicest gas fireplaces you will ever enjoy. This is mountain comfort. Lots of granite, upscale appliances, 47' 3D TV, 2 sink vanity, King bed with memory foam top.

Don't let the fun stop when you leave the slopes. Hop in our pool, hot tub or sauna ...or all 3. Then back to the condo for a 3D movie, or games on Nintendo or XBox 360. Hungry? Throw a steak on the grill, and enjoy the Fantastic view from the deck. Or hop back on the shuttle and you are 2 minutes from happy hour in one of several great eateries. Or just walk to the micro brewery; it is a few minute walk from your door.

Make waffles and enjoy them on the deck. You can't get enough of the views. Then off to the slopes.

That free shuttle goes directly to the lifts, and is 100 yards from your door. Take it, it is cheaper and faster than driving and gets you closer to the lifts.

This is our second year of renting. Over the summer, the complex underwent a 2 million dollar renovation. We took advantage, and upgraded everything. We replaced the whole kitchen, tile, cabinets, appliances, lighting, tile back splash. New windows, furnace, fireplace, washer/dryer, carpet, knotty pine walls, bathroom vanity, furniture. Or goal is to find great guests, and have them think of this as their mountain get away, coming back year after year.

Unlike most condos it has both great views of the mountains and is close to ski lifts, which are the first stop on the free shuttle from our unit. The shuttle stop is 100 yards from our door. The complex features indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and large recreation area. Yes, it also has ping pong and pool table. MOST VALUE FOR THE PRICE.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This place was amazing with the location and mountain views from back porch. It is close to Main St, but just far away enough from traffic. Everything you need is right here at the condo. Paul was very quick to get back to us with our questions and was very attentive. We recommend this place to anyone looking for that mountain getaway.

Great week in Breckenridge!

We had a great week! The condo was perfect for a family getaway. Great views, close to downtown, plus the condo has had upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. I had questions for Paul on our first day and he contacted me right away. It was very apparent he was committed to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely rent this condo again if we are in the Breckenridge area.

Great Location for Quandary Peak

I really enjoyed this condo. I don't think you can tell from the pictures how homey and clean the condo is. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially nice. And I loved sitting on the deck looking at the mountain tops. We chose this location so that we could climb some fourteeners in the Rocky Mountains. The condo is very close to the Quandary trailhead. I think it was less than 30 minutes. The drive to Mr. Democrat, etc. is a little farther but still a reasonable drive from the condo. The only negative is that the condo does not appear to have air conditioning. However, we came early enough in the season that this was not a problem. Breckenridge temperatures in early June were cool, especially at night. And Breckenridge is a great town to visit. During this trip, we also stayed near Estes Park and Snowmass-Aspen. Breckenridge was by far my favorite. Lastly, Paul was great to work with. He's quick to answer and take care of any problem that may come up. Yes, I would rent this condo again.

Well organized, beautiful condo close to bus

We had a great time in this condo. There is a dedicated parking space, it is very close to the bus stop and it had great directions waiting for us. The kitchen was stocked and it comes with game systems, games and movies to entertain kids or adults in the evenings. I would highly recommend this condo for your Breckenridge trip.

Cozy and Updated

We are just about to leave a week-long stay here. The location is just south of Breckenridge town. There are free shuttles that can take you into town and to the Breckenridge Ski area. Our individual unit was updated and we enjoyed the space in this two bedroom unit. However, the clubhouse that serves the complex was outdated and lacked much things to do. There was a pool and hot tub but there needs to be renovations and perhaps other amenities such as a fitness room and ping pong (which I understand was removed and replaced with a pool table).

Back to the unit... The views were excellent and we enjoyed grilling steak on the BBQ out on the deck.

Overall, we would recommend this unit to others if you have 4 people as we did. That way no one has to sleep out in the living room as each room sleeps 2. The Breckenridge town is really nice to walk around and there are lots of variety. We found this location to be convenient as we went to different ski resorts throughout the week.
