Fantastic apartment and fantastic location
We loved staying here. The apartment was cosy and warm, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Our hosts were super helpful and very kind. The location was brilliant too. Near the art galleries and close to some bars and restaurants, as well as being a very pretty part of the city. Would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you !

Fantastic
Couldnt have picked a better place to stay in Amsterdam than in this beautiful, cosy and homely B&B, just wonderful. Spacious, cosy, quirky, and had everything we could need, the fridge was filled with cheese meats, bread milk and fresh orange juice, as well as Espresso coffee and an abundance of teas, it was just what we needed. Short tram ride or 20 min walk to dam square, makes this the perfect location, Friendly hosts and in a quiet neighbourhood, i cant wait to return

Fabulous location, very comfortable and welcoming and lovely quirky decor
We had a lovely relaxing stay. The owners were very friendly and very generous with the goodies they provided and very helpful in making recommendations. The bikes that came with the property really enhanced our visit and helped us to get around Amsterdam. The location made us feel that we were right in the heart of the city. We had a fabulous time and can't fault the property.

Excellent stay!
Me and 3 friends only stayed two nights. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood although still very close to all the tourist sights. The owner is very friendly and helpful providing us with a lovely breakfast in the morning and four bikes to use to cycle around. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

We are a French-American-Dutch family of five, living in the house above the rental unit. We enjoy receiving guests from all around the world and tell them about the wonderful things that Amsterdam has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The house is a unique piece of history. Build during the late 1700s as (I have been told) a warehouse for tea brought from afar, it has a unique charm. It is located in a neighborly residential street in one of the most beautiful parts of the center of Amsterdam. It is set between the Prinsengracht and Lijnbaansgracht canals, and within walking distance from all the major attractions (museums, etc) of Amsterdam. Our plan is to make the rest of the house as beautiful as the apartment we made for our guests.

What makes this property unique

I love the fact of being able to live in the center of Amsterdam, with everything the city has to offer nearby, while at the same time having a beautiful playground for my children (Amstelveld) around the block.
