This place is very clean, updated, and cozy. It really is like a home away from home. There's a nice yard here that's very open with comfortable lounge chairs & patio furniture. Close to the marina and shops. Great place for a family. Kitchen has high-end appliances, including washer & dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. Everything worked perfectly. Close to a very nice park. If you need to hit the beaches or L.A. tourist traps, you have to rent a car. Franco and Iris were great hosts. They were warm & inviting. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a safe neighborhood feel. Would stay there again.

Amazing property and location

My family and I stayed here on our recent trip to Los Angeles. The location was ideal as we wanted to be close to Venice and Santa Monica. The amenities were all close by as was a fantastic playground/park just a block away. The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub and outdoor space.

I give it a 4 out of 5 because the box spring in the master was loud so with every movement the bed creaked. Also, the walls between the units needed to be better soundproofed.

Near Perfection!

This is a very nice property in a quiet setting. It was perfect for our needs. We rented it while visiting our son, a freshman at nearby Loyola Marymount University. While there we hosted a dinner for he and his friends and their families over parents weekend. It was a lovely setting with plenty of seating spilling into a very well done outdoor area complete with a fire pit, gas heaters, multiple outdoor tables & chairs (all in excellent condition) and a large sauna. The neighborhood was very quiet, which we also appreciated. Owners even provided a well stocked spice rack and use of washer and dryer. The kitchen is lovely and easy to cook in with the exception of very dull knives - will bring my own next time. We would definitely stay here again. Giving 4 stars instead of five as there is only on street parking and the neighborhood appears a bit dodgy; although we did not have any problems. We normally house our vehicles in the garage - hence the lack of covered parking is an issue for us.

Owner's Response: Cindy, Thank you for your review. Our guests should always contact us right away if there is anything they need, or if there is anything not working as expected. We have purchased a new set of knifes so you will not have to bring your own next time you stay with us. The house only has two parking spots in the front of the house, we did not know that you need two spots. Most guest only one car. just let us know next time so my wife can park here car next door, so you will have two spots available. We are looking forward having at our house again. Franco & Iris

Lots of outdoor private space!

Thanks a lot to Franco and Iris for making our vacation in Los Angeles so perfect. The house is great. Well maintained kitchen helped us in cooking great dishes. The best feature is outdoor space that is private and very cosy. It was our best trip to LA. We'll definitely come back!
