The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway) and Orange Blossom Trail. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This private home offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam & The Virgin Islands.

This private home is furnished with the highest quality furniture, and has full air-conditioning. It sleeps six people with 2 queen beds & two twin beds. We also allow an air mattress for guest #7, small child. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, patio, and private swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request and for an extra cost per night. The home has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Linens and towels are provided; and you don't even need to bring a hair dryer! And the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened to keep the bugs out.

Fantastic Location

Great location for a family based activity holiday. Clean Villa with all necessary amenities. As other reviews have stated the decor is a little tired but this did this didn’t detract from our stay.

What a holiday!

My sister and I wanted to experience Disney but were keen to have a place to have down time at the end of the day. This property was perfect. 20 min drive to the parks and time by the pool in the evenings helped us recharge our batteries ready for the next day. It really was an amazing holiday and we would definitely stay again.

Great place for family

We had a nice vacation in Orlando, and this house worked out really well for a "home base." Nice to have separate rooms to have some quiet time between outings.

Quiet Neighborhood with great back yard

The property was clean and bright. Nice size for 6 people. Though we didn't get in the pool in the back yard, we sat around it a couple times when we had down time. Loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again
