Come enjoy this well appointed home just steps from the Colorado river! The home is a minute’s walk from two private beaches and a private boat launch. After you spend a day on the river, enjoy a dinner in the warm air overlooking the lagoon waterfall from the back patio.
The home boasts Saltillo tile throughout, solid wood doors and trim, a beautiful fireplace, large wet bar, spacious master bedroom, wood shutters, two bathrooms with tiled showers, ceiling fans in nearly every room, and large exterior patio with lights and ceiling fans. The open floor plan is conducive to cohesive gathering with friends and family.
The 3 Bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Of course, the couches offer more sleeping options in the home, depending on how picky the guests are…? The two full bathrooms are large and offer ample amenities including two large, tiled shower enclosures and a bathtub.
Outside, the large driveway can accommodate the parking needs of you or your guests while the large boat slip on the side of the garage will swallow all but the largest boats.
The home is located inside the Colorado Shores Community. This community is one of the best kept secrets on the River. The Colorado Shores development is a small community of attractive “brick and mortar” homes (not mobile/manufactured) that is serene and well maintained. The community has two private beaches and a private boat launch (private boat launch not available to short term guests). It is located across the street from the Needles Golf Course and is approximately ¼ mile from Jack Smith park/launch ramp.
There are abundant entertainment options that are just a short drive from the home. Laughlin is a 15 minute trip by car. Once there, entertainment gems such as the The Avi Resort and Casino await you. Lake Havasu is a 40 minute drive by car or boat. Topock and the Pirate Cove Resort & Bar are 15 minutes away as well.
Jack Smith Park is approximately ¼ mile away from the home and offers large, easily accessed launch ramps and picnic areas.
We want to be clear that this is not a home for partying. We are only interested in renting to people who will enjoy the home in alignment with the serenity and conditions of the community. The neighbors are not loud or rowdy and will not tolerate this type of activity from guests.
We are a young family offering our home for rent in hopes that someone else will simultaneously enjoy and respect the home like we do!

We wanted a home that made us feel like we had escaped the rigid day to day grind. This house is light, airy and had the 'feeling' we were looking for. Also, this home is close to everything; the River, Laughlin, Havasu. The abundant amenities of the home combined with the location made this home the choice for us.
