Built in 2009 our villa accomodates 7 people. All rooms are tastefully furnished and air conditioned and have doors that open onto balconies overlooking the large private pool ,with loungers, and garden. The property briefly comprises of an entrance hall with storage leading to the open plan lounge, dining area and fully equiped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and bedroom. On the second floor are 3 further bedrooms (1 en suite) and a further bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is a laundry area and washing machine and this also leads out onto a roof terrace which is ideal for private sunbathing and also gives great views over the surrounding area.
The property is on the Turquoise complex which has communal pools, a restaurant, bar, shops, fitness centre, Hamam, kids play area and a tennis court. 200m from our Villa is the Sunset Cafe which is a quiet bar / eatery where you can sit and watch the sun go down.
Situated 20 minutes from Bodrum centre the villa offers a luxurious and relaxing oasis close enough to the action to indulge when you choose but lie back and chill when the mood takes you. Local car hire companies can meet your hire requirements with a taxi rank and frequent dolmus service within 100metres of complex. Many other villages such as Gulluck and Bitzies offer great places to visit and to eat out with something for every budget. Theres plenty on site to entertain younger children and if mid rangers get restless the water sports at local beach, castle at Bodrum and water park should entertain them. The onsite pub also has Sky showing all the big matches - football, rugby and cricket. There are also some fantastic nightclubs in Bodrum that go on till morning for the party animals.
Turkey is famous for its markets and some of the very best are in this region with Turgetris being a firm favourite. Dont forget nearly everything is a replica of an original (to my knowledge theres no where in the world you can get a real Gucci bag for £10!!!!) so practice bartering and be friendly and sensible.
Try the local delicacies for some real treats-the Turkish people are really friendly and want you to enjoy their culture and will often offer things for you to try before buying. Real Turkish delight must be tried!!!
What a fantastic holiday; There were 8 of us, 4 little kids (aged 6 to 9 years) and 4 big kids and we couldn't have had a better time - the Villa was spotless on arrival, and was stocked with everything we needed for the full 2 weeks including some great information on places to go and where to shop/eat etc. The pool was fantastic, and dutifully cleaned on a daily basis by the management company, swimming at midnight with just the pool lights on, looking at the stars is what a relaxing holiday should be about! Local restaurants were very good, and the local shops had plenty of food (and drinks!) we all liked. Having the outdoor bbq was a great feature. The complex was very quiet, not the place for wild nightlife, but that is exactly why we booked; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Paul couldn't have been more helpful prior to our trip, answering all our daft questions, arranging the private minibus transfer to and from the airport and even arranging a welcome pack of food and drink to be in the villa when we arrived in the middle of the night! - We had a great time, 2 weeks is not enough, and we will definitely be booking again, the first time we will have ever returned to the same place for a holiday which is the highest recomendation we can give. Sara W (plus family and friends), Lincolnshire.

Tuzla; anciently known as Bargylia; the antique roman settlement ruins are strewn around the landscape itching to be explored. The area is famous for its nature reserve, the salt water lake home to thousands of beautiful pink flamingos who visit from Oct - Apr. The idyllic village of Bo?aziçi is located here. Vita Park Golf opened June 2008, just 8 minutes from the Turquoise Resort, overlooking the serene lake; thoughtfully designed it’s an idyllic oasis. It has an elegant clubhouse with a relaxing lounge and dining room a lovely day out! Guvercinlik lies by the sea on the main Milas-Bodrum highway. Only 10 mins away! An honest snippet of traditional Turkish life; its quaint little eateries on the seafront have decks over the sea where the local population of ducks paddle patiently for your attention and of course the obligatory chunks of bread! Just 20 mins to Bodrum peninsula with an abundance of resorts with loads to see and do -beaches, shopping, food, history, markets, gold quater!
