A short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby.
You'll love this townhouse as it is spacious, quiet and private with ocean views from every room. It's laid out like a house and the master bedroom is amazing with huge picture windows that look out to the ocean. And at night, you can see the moon and the stars without even lifting your head off your pillow! There is central air conditioning and heat so you will always be comfortable.
The townhouse has a keyless entry, which enables 24-hour check-in and the freedom from having to manage keys. Included with your stay is access to our beach level recreation area that has a lounge, bar, ping-pong table and dart board. There is also a restroom and outdoor shower.
This townhouse is located on quiet and star-studded Malibu Road. Most beachfront residences are on the Pacific Coast Highway, a four-lane highway that is both noisy and dangerous. Whether you choose my place or another, I highly recommend you choose somewhere on Malibu Road. Enjoy a short walk down the beach to Malibu Seafood where they serve the best fish & chips I've ever had! Or check out the tide pools on Flat Rock, just a few hundred feet away.
If you have a baby, the townhouse comes equipped with a crib, play pen, high chair and gate for the top of the stairwell. However, the place is not baby-proofed, so your baby must be supervised at all times.
Throughout the year, there is a two night minimum. However, for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and May 31, and a four night minimum is required between June 1 and September 4, as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!
To preserve the tranquil environment for out neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without my specific consent. For groups larger than 4 people, there is an added guest fee of $75 per person per night with a maximum of 6 people total. The number of guests is closely monitored by our co-host and documented by video cameras in the common areas of the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Homeaway and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund.
As this property is located in a fire-prone area, smoking or the use of candles anywhere inside or outside the property is not allowed.
