Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. It was so easy to contact Walter with anything we needed. He gets right back to you. Location is perfect. We could walk to everything. Has everything you could possibly need and decorated beautifully. We stayed 5 nights and were very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and have two boys 23 and 25 who will not sleep together. Walter has a queen air bed so one of the boys was able to sleep on it. Only thing would have been to have sheets for it but we managed. Well appointed bathrooms. Great water pressure, never had an issue with us all getting ready at the same time. Dunkin Donuts and 7-11 right across the street and a Starbucks on the corner. Perfect. One block behind the building is Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. Extremely happy with our stay. We will be back! Loved it. Absolutely loved it! Thank you Walter.

Family Time

The apartment is stunning - simply stunning. Ideal location for us. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable - good bathrooms and we loved the kitchen / dining room space for us all to sit, chat and eat together without feeing cramped - very sociable. The blow up bed and sofa could do with better / more bedding but that can be easily rectified by the owners. The only thing that goes against this apartment is the noise - the traffic noise at night is incredible, but if you're used to this, then you'll love it.

AMAZING Condo in BEST Location!

WOW about sums it up. First class condo and excellent location. Quincy Market outside back door! Walking distance to Aquarium and fantastic Italian cuisine in the North End. We will definitely return. Owner was very accommodating and this unit is just beautiful!

Comfortable, Great location, Would highly recommend

We just spent 6 nights at this property & loved it. We had plenty of room, a great view, and very convenient location. Beds were comfortable, heat kept us cozy even during a nor’easter. It was great having a spacious kitchen with easy access to groceries nearby. The washer/dryer was convenient & worked well. Loved having the soaker tub & heated floor in the master bath. I highly recommend this property.

I want one just like it.

Perfect in every way. So much better than a Hotel room. Via the T it is an easy walk to everything Boston has to offer.

Only one word of caution. It is an urban environment and street noise does reach the apartment on the 8th floor. light sleepers will certainly notice. But I do hope to use this apartment again one day.

Could be an amazing place, but...

Nicely updated apartment in a great location with a cool view. Would like to give 5 stars but there were too many problems during our holiday stay. There was a copious amount of white dog hair throughout the apartment, which was a surprise since the listing says 'no pets allowed.' There was popcorn, candy, as well as children's toys under the sofa cushions and the freezer was dirty. In addition to the aforesaid, other misses we contacted the property manager, Walter, about were the fact that there were no tissues, the place was stocked with the cheapest possible tp, there was no laundry soap, no wastebasket in the laundry room, no laundry basket, no coat rack, no place to put your wet boots when you come in. We called to report all of this to Walter the 2nd day of our visit. He texted back saying we were the first ones to ever complain about the cleanliness of the place. No apology. No offer to make it right. He then texted the next day saying he wanted to come over. We thought he was going to bring us some laundry soap/tissues. Nope. He was just letting us know he had to come to the apartment with an insurance inspector (in the middle of our visit) to handle a water damage claim from a previous renter. Finally, the lobby and elevator were under construction for the duration of our stay and should have been mentioned so we knew what to expect. It looked so bad when we arrived Christmas Day our uber driver said it looked like it was an abandoned building. A full length mirror would have been useful too. This is supposed to be a first class place. It certainly has a first class price so should be nearly flawless.
