About Henry Noble and Julie Tracy
We live in Danbury, Connecticut and have been in love with Lake George for many years. We finally found our dream home, and hope you enjoy it also. We love rustic surroundings, and also the amenities of modern living.
Henry Noble and Julie Tracy purchased this Chateau / Country House in 2012
Why Henry Noble and Julie Tracy chose Putnam Station
We love the historical importance of the Adirondack regions, and the classic rustic style that it has inspired worldwide. Lake George water is clear and clean and the natural beauty is inspiring. Being located on a dead end road was important to us as we like to walk, run and bike. There is great hiking nearby. We also love going to the antique stores and green markets in nearby Vermont.
What makes this Chateau / Country House unique
The view from the Adirondack chair on the dock, a bottle of wine, and the sunset, you and your family will never forget.

Nice place and nice location
House was clean and modern with nice views and had all the amenities one would want. Would like to go back someday.
A wonderful week away, great family vacation
This was the second year we rented this beautiful home on the lake and we had another wonderful time. we are already booked for next year. The house is updated and has everything needed for a great family vacation. The location is great, the view is phenomenal... No complaints!!! Owners Henry and Julie are a pleasure to work with respond to all questions or concerns promptly. Looking forward to next year!!
The place is fantastic, the owners are fantastic, and the location is fantastic. There's nothing more to say! :)
As expected, another great stay!
This is the fourth year we stayed at this wonderful property, and we have already booked for 2018! We've stayed other placed before in the ADKs, the place is absolutely second to none. In addition to the glowing reviews I provided in 2014, 2015 and 2016 - see below - I will add that for the first time this year we were fortunate to meet Henry, and it was a pleasure. We had already met Julie in previous years - she is the best. Unbelievably warm and accommodating, every VRBO owner/renter should be as wonderful as Julie and Henry. We also had chance to visit with Julie and Henry's neighbors this year - great, warm folks. The weather was awesome again - we spent most of the time boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming off the wonderful dock, hanging by the fire, and cooking and eating big family meals in the great kitchen and rustic dining table overlooking the Lake George sunset. The week was capped by our annual trip to Bolton, NY and Shelburne, VT. There is something here for all ages -- from toddlers to teens, to young adults to seniors. We will be devastated if Julie and Henry ever decide to retire here full time, and no longer rent!
Excellent house and location for your vacation!
Amazing vacation !!
We were two families that stayed at this beautiful house right on the lake. You really can't ask for more-the house is beautiful, the location is perfect, it was truly a great week. You can rent a boat for a few days and have it accessible right at the dock which is great when you are traveling with kids-very convenient. We cannot wait to go back! The owners (Henry &Tracey) are Very helpful and truly care about their property!
Thanks for the great review. We are so happy you had a great week.
Please join us again on your next Lake George vacation.
