Constellation House 207 is a mid rise condominium conveniently located oceanfront midtown on 52nd street. This one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo features all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, and internet, also includes 1 parking spot. Bed sizes include one queen, one full and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soap and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.

The 2nd floor view was lovely, you could see over the dunes better than I expected. Easy access to the beach which was helpful with my two young children. Nice restaurants and shops at a walkable distance. The place was tidy and the kitchen well-equipped which was great as we cooked several nights. There was a nice stash of comfy blankets and there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella in the closet which was cool. I really have nothing bad to say about it and would recommend it. If I was absolutely forced to issue a minor complaint, I guess I could say the mattresses were not the most comfy.

OCMD stay

We believe the condo could have been a little cleaner. Coffee maker was not clean. Blinds on door overlooking the beach were broken and recliner was broken and could not be put down

Nice place for rough beach weekend.

Overall we were happy with this place. It was very clean, except a random water bottle in the bedroom. It is a little small for 6 people, but it worked. It has a very nice view of the ocean, but u can't see much of the beach, so if u want to people watch from your deck u want to go up one more floor.

Nice location, OK condo.

We booked this property because it was located on the beach and had good reviews. This was our first vacation with our two year old so we wanted easy beach access, which we got with this property. The condo itself was pretty underwhelming. It looks like it’s been through the ringer and is in dire need of updating….or at least a good carpet/upholstery steam cleaning to start. The bedroom and its half bathroom smelled musty and the beds were about as comfortable as a slab of concrete. The shower door was falling off the track, which was a bit annoying at times. That being said, the location was wonderful - especially if you plan to go to Seacrets or spend a lot of time on the beach. We loved the view from the balcony and really enjoyed watching the dolphins from there in the morning. The air conditioning units worked great, which we appreciated on the hotter days. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make food on our own. Overall, if you are looking for a spot with an awesome location - this will work well. Just don’t expect too much from the place itself. Like most people, we didn’t spend too much time there.
