There is also a community pool located approx. 300 yards away at the end of the street. The Sawgrass golf course winds through the community. Their are sidewalks all the way to the beach. Screened porch with table and chairs for outside dining.

I have owned the home since 2004. I reside in the north and frequently visit the home myself to inspect and update as needed and make sure the house is a place that people would want to come back to. I lived in Florida for several years and love to come back as often as possible. Ponte Vedra is a beautiful area.

This 3br/2ba is just perfect. (this is a single level patio house w/small yard- not a condo) complete with new furnishings for your home away from home. Has cathedral ceilings, celling fans, plant shelves, and french doors. King bed in the master bedroom, tv, master bath with large jacuzzi, separate shower and double vanity. Queen plus twin bunk beds in the second bedroom w/tv. The 3rd bedroom/den has a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, desk, and tv/dvd and includes a small movie library. Smart tv & dvd/stereo in the living room w/fireplace, new large sofa, loveseat, and chair. Central air conditioning, outdoor charcoal/gas grill, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, all necessary kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, blender, refrigerator w/indoor ice dispenser, coffee maker, iron/board, 2 hairdryers. Ceiling fans throughout.

1 king in Master Bedroom,

1 queen plus 1 set of twin bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, and

1 queen sleeper in the Den/3rd bedroom.

Sleeps 8.

Complete with wifi -wireless high speed internet service. There is no landline phone since most people have cell phones.

The screened porch leads out to a fenced yard with a private in ground pool in the back yard. Pool is maintained on a regular basis by professional pool service.

There is also a neighborhood swimming pool at the end of the street (approx 300 yards away) overlooking a lake, and there are children's playgrounds in the sawgrass community. Sidewalks through out the neighborhood and to the beach.

Also has a 2 car garage w/electric door opener.

Amenities: Sawgrass gated community with beach access. Sawgrass has several amenities including swimming pools, walking paths, lakes, playgrounds, and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Located on a cul-de-sac, in a golf community near shopping. Quiet neighborhood, furnished, den/office w/WIFI.

Short 15-20 minute drive to historic st. Augustine. Beach access approx 6-7 blocks through the sawgrass gated community w/sidewalks. Public beach access at Michlers Landing approx. 2 miles with parking.

Perfect home for a family vacation, golf outings, or long term stay.

Approx 1 mile to the Sawgrass TPC public golf course and clubhouse. The Sawgrass TPC clubhouse has restaurants, meeting rooms, and a proshop. It is a must see! Sawgrass Country Club has a private golf course that is located within the neighborhood
