This is a SIGNATURE community with condos that range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 if they were for sale and a family/mature population. (Please note, this is FIVE STAR community similar to Hyatt/Westin properties. There are many competing properties on this booking site that are in complexes that have "remodels" in old buildings with noise issues ...there is a difference between a signature community and an old economy level to mid level complex that someone put granite counters and new cabinets and furniture).

Condo was excellent!

This condo was lovely and well appointed from the granite counters to the cabinets with no-slam self-closing hardware. The location was very convenient to everything, especially the bike path that was right off the parking lot. My husband rode his bike nearly every day we were there and enjoyed the ease of getting from the condo to the path. We would love to come back to this condo if we are in this area!

Family of 4 Spring Break

This one bedroom condo was fantastic for our family of two adults and two children (11 & 9). We appreciated the no pet policy since some of us have allergies to dander. The condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable, well lit and perfect for skiing at multiple locations in Summit County. We would stay here again! Stacey responded to our questions quickly and she takes amazing care of her condo!

Clean and cozy

This condo was a perfect place for my husband and I to relax and convenient to Frisco and Breckenridge. We even took a drive to Leadville for the train ride. The leaves were absolutely beautiful in September and we even saw some snow fall on the high peaks the last night we were there. A wonderful vacation!!!

Very well equipped condo in convenient location

The building is relatively new construction - everything works, forget about problems with hot water when everybody comes back from ski resorts. Heated garage is another awesome convenience, no need to waste time for digging your car out of the snow. This condo has everything, and kitchen is very well equipped.

This is a PREMIUM level unit in a 'Signature Community' of $500k-$900k condos built in 2007, (not to be compared to a remodel in an old building with their noise issues, lack of appliances in unit, etc).

We do not compete with old condo complexes (Like Mountainside, Cedar) or hotel rooms. The unit is comparable with slopeside new units like One Ski Hill Place without their outrageous prices....the plus is the proximity to Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart at the end of your ski day along with great restaurants that don't have long waits.

This is a 1000 square foot condo with ALL amenities and the feel of being in a Westin/Hyatt like 5 Star property.

This is a NO SMOKING/NO POT/NO PETS Unit!

Frisco is centrally located to all the resorts: 5 min to Copper, 10 min to Breckenridge and Keystone, 25 min to Vail. This is the locals town. Enjoy your day on the slopes and come home to lower cost upscale restaurants and shopping. Nice restaurants with less wait to be seated (compared with the resort), fast food, fine dining, Starbucks, Wendys, Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart walking distance. Free Skier Shuttle 1/2 block away.

If you don't have a season ski pass we have places to get discounts on lift tickets for our guests.

Compare these listings carefully. Mountainside, Woodbridge and Creekside are OLD buildings with issues. A remodel in an old building is just that. Compare with our building built in 2007.
