Very cozy with a woodsy cottage feel

  • 4 of 5

Vey cozy, clean, close to town, close to the park, nice community hot tub and grill that wasn't over crowded. Right by the park! The tvs wouldn't work for us and definitely needed some new pots and pans. For the 3 of us, we managed with only one big frying pan and one big pot that food stuck to the bottom of really bad but it was really inconvenient to have to cook bacon, wash pan, then cook pancakes after. I ended up not being able to use the only normal sized pan because of how bad food stuck to it. For families bigger than ours or families cooking a full meal, they would have to go buy their own pots and pans to cook.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. It is with such comments that we can work to make our properties and our services better. We do provide a 24/7 phone number, in addition to our office number and would have bought you some new pots and pans had you called us; same with the tv’s. We agree that this is a very nice property and very much appreciate your feedback. We will now purchase new pots and pans for this unit as a result of your comments.

The condo was very clean, and located right next to the bus stop and if you want to enjoy the fresh mountain air, downtown Breckinridge is only a couple of blocks away!

Great value, Good location

  • 5 of 5

The location is decent, about 10 minute walk from the center. Very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The complex is pretty quiet when I was there. Perfect for a summer conference.

Atrium 201, Fall 2013

  • 4 of 5

Property was clean and nice, great location. Only negative was that the key was placed in the wrong lock box - there was no key in the correct lockbox, and after several minutes placing unanswered phone calls, standing in the snow, I tried the combination we were given on the other lock boxes, and after a few tries found one that would open. It had a key in it, so we took and it an luckily it was actually the key to our unit. Crisis averted, and we put the key back in the same wrong box.

Otherwise, we thought this was a great unit, while the building itself is somewhat dated (the kids called it 'retro') the unit was very clean and nicely updated. The rough edges of the granite counters are a strange choice for a ski condo - I predict many, many ruined sweaters in this unit.

Otherwise, everything was great.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. We will use them to improve our service and our properties. We agree that this condo "was very clean and nicely updated." This condo is one of the exceptions, where you cannot go directly to the unit to get the keys because it is in a secure building. We will review our procedures for picking up the keys at this satellite location. We apologize for the problems you initially encountered and will work towards a better procedure in those situations, but we are glad that that situation resolved itself. We will see what we can do about those granite countertops. Thank you again, very much, for your constructive comments.
