You are in the middle of nature but are surrounded by a unique historic community. All within walking distance to beach/restaurant/shops.
If you want to be close to the beach, enjoy walking or running, away from traffic, and like amenities close by, this is the house. Great north facing screened front porch for outside dining and relaxation. Would definitely rent again.
