There is a washer and dryer located just off the family room. The kitchen is well-equipped boasting modern stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to prepare a delicious meal. If the gourmet cook isn’t calling, there are many excellent restaurants of all tastes located nearby. After dinner retire to one of three bedrooms upstairs or downstairs to a private den with a roaring fireplace. Snuggle into the luxurious, mountain lodge comforters as you drift into a deep sleep dreaming about the days adventure!

The townhome has two fireplaces, and a full kitchen with service for thirteen people new stainless steel appliances. High-speed wireless internet access (WiFi) is available throughout the townhome. In the warmer months of summer, the outdoor pool and hot tub at the clubhouse is the place to cool off and relax.

Bear Hollow Village is a great location that is 1 mile from the Canyons Ski Resort, 4 miles from the Park City Mountain Ski Resort, & 7 miles from the Deer Valley Ski Resort. It is close to restaurants, golf, hiking & the free Park City bus service.
We love being close to all that Park City, UT has to offer!
The location of Bear Hollow is so convenient. We had quick access to grocery stores, shops and restaurants; only 10 minutes to ski area and more shopping! We had a big group that was staying in several of the condos for a family wedding so I did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining area was great! The beds and bedrooms were well appointed and very comfy. Communication with the owner was wonderful....Lisa was quick to respond to questions and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that our stay would be a family memory forever!!! We would highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay. Location is great, we did not even have a car and was convenient to the free shuttle that takes you to all three mountains and Main Street as well as bars, restaurants, and shopping. Access to the hot tub at the club house was great after a long day of skiing. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a great trip!!
Myself and 10 other people were very comfortable in this condo for a 5-night trip to Park City. The condo was extremely clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and having items like a crock pot made it great for cooking dinners for our large group. The bathrooms were very clean and we were given plenty of towels for all of us. It was also great to have the garage to keep all of our gear in when we got back from the slopes.
The community center was a short 3 minute walk and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. It was also a very short walk down to the bus stop which was great because we used the free bus every day to get to both Canyons and PCMR. Lisa was very responsive to all of my emails which made it very easy to communicate any changes or updates on our stay. The wifi was very fast and there were TVs in every room.
Definitely will stay here again if I return to Park City!
This Bear Hollow town home was just right for our group. The unit was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was adequately supplied (not a gourmand's dream, but all the basics were there), and we even had fresh snow. What more could you want? We were able to throw together a big crock pot of chili before we left in the morning and return in the late afternoon to dinner. The unit was large enough to spread out, as there is a 2nd den with a TV on the lower level. The garage was large enough to hold two cars, and the snow plows were out early each morning clearing the roads within the subdivision. They also clear the driveways.
Bear Hollow is located very close to the large shopping center which has Smiths, Whole Foods, liquor store, several restaurants, gas, and fast food. The Canyons entrance is only a couple of miles down the road toward Park City.
Lisa was very responsive to questions, even sending me a picture of the spices that were already in the condo.
I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again.
Great place...clean, spacious and comfortable. Ideal location 10 min walk to Kimbal Junction and easy access to free shuttle which was great for my wife who doesn't ski. Short drive for me and the kids to PCMR and Canyons. Really quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying there again.
The townhome is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Ski Park. We are 1 miles from the Canyons, 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort & 6 miles from the Deer Valley Ski Resort. During the Spring, Summer & Fall, our guests can enjoy numerous golf courses, biking trails & hiking trails. We are located on the FREE Park City Bus Line & located very close to restaurants, movie theatres & the historic Park City Main Street.
