Villa Osservatorio is an indipendent villa with 6 bedrooms for up to 11guests (9+2). For smaller groups of up to 6 guests you can rent half of the Villa.
The road to the house is paved and lit all the way and although we are in a super tranquil and private area, the property is not isolated, with two restaurants located 2 minutes drive away.
The estate consists of the rental Villa and our home which sits about 10 meters away where we live with our docile dog and cat. We work long hours in town and when at home, we highly prize our guests’ privacy and using an independent entrance gate.
We are immersed in manicured gardens with myriads of ornamental plants and terracotta statues scattered all over the grounds. There is a built in wood barbecue/grill a large pool (13m x 6m) and solarium with Jacuzzi. We added two beautiful wooded sundecks equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs where to immerse in total Relaxation!
Amenities include, Wifi connection (Satellite) suitable to check emails, laundry facilities (on request and operated by the maid), air conditioning on request (usually not needed pleasantly cool in the summer).

Maximum 2 small size dogs are welcome.
