This upstairs condo is located in a no-smoking complex where quiet time is enforced. Free parking in front of building. Big Sky Resort has something special for everybody who visits....Yellowstone Park is convenient and there are summer and winter activities for the young and the young at heart....perfect place for vacations. This condo is convenient to fly fishing, Yellowstone Park, Big Sky Resort Base Camp, and numerous other attractions. Big Sky Resort recently combined with Moonlight Basin and Spanish Peaks resorts and now has the largest ski area in the US, with 5800 acres and a 4,350 ft vertical drop....the average annual snowfall is 400 inches. Lone Peak, at 11,166 feet, offers challenging runs and chutes, and magic carpets at the base offer kid-friendly beginner runs. From your condo, walk to the ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails,or ride the bus from the Cedar Creek parking lot to the Big Sky Golf course, movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping. Yellowstone National Park is 26 miles from Cedar Creek and the West Entrance is 58 miles. We stock a lot of extras so you can save your money for souvenirs to surprise your family, friends, and pets.

The unit has 2 bedrooms with luxury mattresses on queen beds--2 full baths with large fluffy towels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, blender, a full array of pots and pans; a full sized refrigerator and freezer/ice maker; washer/dryer, and a private ski locker. The unit has ceiling fans in all rooms; Blu-Ray DVD, DISH network, flat screen TVs in living/master bedroom; Wireless Internet connection provided. Coffee, flour, sugar, salt & pepper, a new spice rack with most spices a cook desires, dish & laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, soap, linens, and all paper products are furnished. Relax and soak in the view of Lone Peak Mountain. This is a great place to vacation.

Why Billie chose Big Sky Mountain Village

We bought our first condo at Cedar Creek in 1998, after discovering the great slopes, hiking trails, and conveniently located 'everything' we desired. When Unit 15 became available, we bought and totally remodeled it--it gets new linens each year and more often if needed, has beautiful ceramic tile and wood flooring, tile countertops and back splashes, and a bar where you can sit and aggravate the cook. Cedar Creek is attractive, affordable, and within walking distance to just about everywhere. There is bus service from the parking lot entrance to the resort area and to the town center and meadow village, during the winter. This unit is suitable for children but is not wheelchair accessible. As much as we love pets, the HOA rules say guests can't bring them to the complex.

What makes this condo unique

Lone Peak can be seen from the living room and master bedroom of Unit 15. After a full day on the slopes at either Big Sky Resort, which connects to Moonlight Basin and Spanish Peaks---where you spend your time skiing, not waiting in lift lines---you can kick back in one of the electronically operated recliners and enjoy beautiful Lone Peak, from the living room window. Be forewarned....after a day on the slopes, hiking the beautiful mountain trails, fly fishing in our rivers, horseback riding, or a day of rafting, you may drift off with visions of Big Sky's peaks, and spend the night in a comfortable recliner ;-) while dreaming of getting to stay longer.

Babysitters must be scheduled, at extra charge. There is a pool and hot tub, which is owned by Big Sky Resort, down the mountain at The Whitewater Inn. Guests have to make their own arrangements and pay a fee to use. Our objective is to ensure your stay in our unit is such that you can't wait to visit us again!

Excellent unit, exceeds description, beautiful view.

This would be my personal preference for Big Sky stay. There are cheaper units but this one is upscale with luxury mattresses and high quality linens. Unit was immaculate and had helpful information and summary of rules posted and owner covered rules ...no smoking, no pets except for qualified service dog, approved in advance. You are told rules and told there is strict enforcement. This was a very quiet complex. Will stay again next year.

Very nice rental.

We enjoyed the condo very much and the owner is very easy to work with. The condo has everything that you would need for a great vacation. The area is beautiful and there are many hiking trails to choose from. West Yellowstone is about an hour away; which makes this rental a great base camp.

There is no season in Big Sky that we don't enjoy. In late September and early October, we've had lots of snow and the mountains are looking a lot like ski season. If you enjoy zipping down the mountain, come ski Big Sky Resort. There are slopes for everybody: for the first-time skiers there are fantastic magic carpets and for those trill-seekers there are breath-taking runs off Lone Peak. Thanks again for staying with us! Great condo on the mountain with views of the ski resort. Clean, comfortable, well furnished, and well kept. Owner was very accommodating during the stay. Would definitely stay here again if we go back!

Convenient stay with a beautiful view

This is the first time we have rented anything in Big Sky, and we will likely do so again. The location is convenient to Yellowstone, Bozeman, and to many of the outdoor activities that we enjoy,...all with fewer people and at a lower price than someplace like Jackson. The condominium was on the small side, but very satisfactory for our needs as a four person family. The view out the living room window of Lone Peak was fantastic. Everything was clean and the owners of this condo clearly know that they are doing, as just about everything we needed was to be found in the cupboards, drawers and closets. Thanks so much for making our stay even better. Would recommend this condo to anyone with a small family.

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Location

As soon as we walked into Unit 15 we felt like we had arrived home. We've never seen such a clean, beautifully presented unit. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and more besides.

The kitchenware was all brand new and included everything you needed to cook with (which we did a lot). The reclining sofas are just amazing, so comfortable you may not want to leave them to go skiing! My personal highlight was the bed - we're from the UK but if I lived in America I would definitely have been ordering the exact same bed for my house.

The jewel in the crown is the view from the lounge and the master bedroom. It is just breathtaking and the pictures don't come close to doing it justice. We arrived in the dark and our jaws dropped when we opened the blinds the next morning.

Billie is very generous with supplies; toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent etc. Again there is everything you could possibly need and more than enough for your entire stay. You never quite know what will and won't be included in a unit but in unit 15 you don't have to worry about bringing your own supplies.

Cedar Creek condos are perfectly located and are super quiet. The buildings house 8 units each and are incredibly peaceful. You're far enough out of the centre to guarantee a restful nights sleep but still have very easy access to the slopes and the mountain base. You can ski out in the morning - this involves a short walk and two slowish lifts. We found it slightly quicker to catch the shuttle bus which runs from about 10 steps outside the unit and gets you to the base 5 minutes after the lifts open. You can ski in, which is what we did most days (expect when we deserved a well earned beer!) and is super convenient.

Billie and Ed have been amazing - patiently and throughly answering the multitude of questions before we arrived and continuing to help us out during our stay. It's been a delight dealing with them.

We've had a great trip and were so sad to be leaving our second home. We will be back some day and there is no doubt that we will return to unit 15. It's been perfect!

Great comfortable stay

The condo was very comfortable and really well stocked, especially the kitchen. Logistics were super easy and love just having a door code to use and not worry about losing a key on the ski mountain! Getting to the lift can be a bit tricky, have to do some walking up the road and then pushing yourself down to the white otter lift. We never tried the shuttle, but it seems easy enough.

If booking is cancelled 60 days before arrival, deposit less processing fee of 5% is refunded.
