We had a lovely time and really enjoyed it. The house was beautiful, really well equipped and was especially impressed with the equipment provided in the shed in the garden, windbreakers etc! Thanks again.
We have a wonderful holiday there verbracht.Wir spent wonderful holidays there, we were four people there. The house has plenty of space, it is very clean. It is well equipped, nothing is missing. The car park has plenty of room also füe a big car. All electrical devices are working properly. There are no problems with the operation, because the manuals are available. The house is located directly on Fistral beach. After Newquay it is not far.
There are very close to some restaurants where you eat very well .On all cases should go out for dinner in the Lewinnick Lodge. Or in Pizza Express in Narrowcliff and The Cod End, in the Cliff Rd. Can be super fish and chips essen.Wir had from the beginning very quickly and very nice

The house was absolutely perfect for us and we settled in very quickly. The décor throughout is very traditional and the house was spotless.
We tend to cook a lot and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed, have to mention the induction hob was fabulous. The bedrooms were spacious with loads of storage and the beds were so comfortable. It is extremely quiet at night ensuring a good nights sleep. Two showers one of which was down stairs were great when returning from body boarding / surfing / beach. The outside tap and hose was handy too for swilling down the boards and wetsuits. The south facing garden is super where you can sit out pretty much all day long if you get the weather with plenty of seating along with grass and a decked area. Loads of bits and bobs for the beach in the shed too.All in all a fab stay in a tastefully decorated traditional home. Loved Pentire House and we hope to return sometime in the future.
Really clean, everything you need creature comfort wise. We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 week old and it was perfect for us:

Great location short walk to beach and town and a little park. Parking right next to the House and an easy base for getting out and about in Cornwall.
We also found the owners to be highly communicative and helpful when we were booking which is always reassuring!

This is a fantastic home from home. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the furniture and fittings are contemporary and of a high standard and the garden area is perfect for al fresco dining and BBQ, as well as giving the kids a safe little space to run around. There is also car parking, but technically you don't need a car. You are literally a stones throw away from Fistral beach, and you can walk easily into town.
We had a great week in this lovely house, the bed in the main room is very comfortable! The beach across the road. Great outdoor space, great price! What really made this a special place however are the owners, who went to amazing lengths to make sure everything was fabulous durung and after the holiday! Thank you, thank you, thank you from Sue, Nige, and Fred :)

Spent the first week of August 2010 here. Accommodation and facilities ideal for two adults and two teenagers (i.e. all mod cons including Sky); house was modern and (importantly with so much Cornish "sunshine" around!) cosy. Located overlooking the southern end of Fistral Beach, it is a short walk for the surfers/bodyboarders in the party, but far enough away from the noise and clamour of the main part of Newquay for those wanting peace and quiet - though still only a short 10-minute walk from town. There's a small convenience store 30 yards round the corner, but equally Sainsbury's is within easy reach as well (assuming you're not eating out for every meal).
Owner was prompt with all communications and with access details, as well as refund of Good Housekeeping Bond on completion.
Set in the quieter end of Newquay, Pentire is just a short walk from the town centre and just across from the world-renowned Fistral Beach and the Links Golf Course.
The Coastal Path is yards away and will take you around the many breathtaking beaches including Fistral, Crantock, Towan, Tolcarne and Watergate Bay; most of which are within walking distance.
For the active, there's golf, surfing, body-boarding, kite-surfing, coasteering, cycling, walking, fishing, etc. right on the doorstep.
There are many mouth watering restaurant/bars perched on the beach and cliffs, serving exceptional food with panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets!
Trendy surf shops are based on Fistral Beach. Fashion chain stores, galleries, gift shops and cornish fare can be found in the town centre. Padstow, 20 minutes away by car - is ideal for a day out shopping.
Newquay is a great base for exploring the North and South Cornish Coast, with Padstow, Rock, St Ives, Lands End and Falmouth nearby.
Golf: Newquay's Links Golf Course is right across the road overlooking the famous Fistral Beach.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure a property. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 8 weeks, full payment must be made in full.
A bond of £100 - £200 is payable and refunded within a month of your stay. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted during low seasons
