Contemporary 2 bed maisonette on 2 floors

Described as the flying maisonette, occupying a superb position in the heart of Knightsbridge. It has been recently refurbished and new to the market. Has a refreshingly light reception room enjoying a lovely south-facing outlook over Rutland St with its french character houses and part of the Montpelier village. Flat screen TV with many channels, DVD & Wi-Fi. Sleek and fully fitted white gloss kitchen. In between a 6x dining table. All open plan on first floor with guest cloakroom. On the second floor we have 2 bedrooms master with kingsize bed and second with 2 single beds ,both with built in cupborads. Modern bathroom with 24hr hot water and bath. It has been decorated with 50's and 60's in mind but keeping attention to comfort and elegance. It was a labour of love by owner and attention to detail was a priority and joy. Having its own private entrance is a true luxury in this area.

Location! Location! and Location! describes this unique first and second floor flying maisonette. An absolute hidden gem. Tucked away within the quiet Montpelier village yet in the heart of Knightsbridge, opposite (door 9!) Harrods. This place benefits from the privacy afforded by its own front door. From the window in living room, to the north is Harrods, strolling through the cobbled street to the right you get to the Brompton Oratory and the V&A museum. Straight onto Exhibition Road exactly facing Science Museum, Imperial College and to its left the Natural History Museum. Right you have the Royal Albert Hall offering performances year round. Behind you and through 3 pathways you get to Hyde Park with all its facilities. The area is surrounded by many fashionable boutiques and elegant eateries. Mayfair and the West End are within easy reach. Knightsbridge and South Kensington underground stations are round the corner direct link to Heathrow airport as well as many busses. Wonderful Knightsbridge flat

My husband, son, and I enjoyed 9 nights in this comfortable flat. The location is great; close to Harrod's, tube stop, Hyde Park, and many restaurants and shops. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with anything you might need.

We had an issue one day with the A/C as it was unseasonably hot while we were there. Nadine resolved the issue quickly and was great at communicating with us. We definitely recommend this flat and would stay there again ourselves.

Excellent Flat near Hyde Park

This apartment was just as advertised. Walking distance from the museums, Hyde Park and Harrod's. Traveled with my wife and 2 children (ages 11 and 7). Very quiet and charming neighborhood. Fully-stocked kitchen. Would return.

Nadine did a very poor job! Would never call & talk w/me.

As a diabetic, the insulin must be refrigerated but the day before the lease was up. Nadine had the flat cleaned & we where told, everything will be put in the garage or trash! Not what was

Owner's Response: Tom you booked my maisonette for two dates 2-7 July & 14-17. Initially u requested 2-6. You arrived an hour and half late on the 2nd ,I met and welcomed you no problem. The confusion on the 6th was everyone's unintentional mistake.The cleaners texted me on the 5th asking what time you would leave, following the old schedule , so when I asked you without checking and I apologise for that you replied we leave at 10:30 ( why should I ask you what time you leave if its not last day?) In short the cleaners went a day early to prepare for next day guest, they saw your stuff and immediately alerted me , I was away for 3 days. We all thought that you left your luggage as u were coming back the 14th, I texted and emailed saying that everything will be put in the garage in secure boxes until the 14th. The cleaner did not throw away anything ,they changed sheets ,cleaned bathroom. We all recognised our mistake immediately and their boss arrived within the hour to sort this out. You came back as you were in the area (all this was within the hour) shouted at them and used inappropriate language reducing them to tears, which is not acceptable . They apologised and the boss did her best to calm u in spite of the shouting, offering to put everything back in its place. They took everything upstairs but u refused to allow them to organise any. In the meantime I emailed and texted as I couldn't call a US number , over a page apologising, offering a refund compensation of £100 which I did . You never replied so I assumed all was fine and did not want to disturb u in Paris. I asked the girls to buy all breakfast items , wine and flowers for the 14th in addition to that.I awaited a text or email to say what time you would arrive to meet you on the 14th but u never gave me a time, u then texted on the 13th eve with capital letter and exclamation marks saying that u do not wish to come back and u don't want to see me etc threatening with "BAD PRESS"" I am glad that I did not call you as you have been disrespectful to me and my lovely staff, just why do you think I would disrupt anyones holiday , its not in my interest or nature to aggravate my guests. I take my business seriously. This is my home Tom and I regret offering it to you. I am sorry you were inconvenienced and tried my best to correct the situation but your review does not at all reflect the place or my management.

Very nice flat in the Knightsbridge area

This flat was very clean and nice, and the location was great (two blocks from Harrod's and the Knightsbridge tube stop). It was a roomy two bedroom so four people could easily sleep here, and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary appliances. We enjoyed it!
