Before purchasing our suite, we had stayed in properties throughout the Whistler area. The Market Pavilion building quickly became our favorite for its location and fantastic rates (and free parking!).
What makes this Studio unique
It is a very quiet suite as it faces the beautiful mountains rather than busy Main Street itself. It is located steps from the IGA Marketplace supermarket and liquor store, as well as multiple restaurants and coffee shops. All of the conveniences are on your doorstep.

Comfortable and quiet
Everything was as advertised. Nice and quiet with windows/patio facing away from the Village hubbub, but still super close walking to restaurants, bars, and everything else. About 800m brick walk to the lifts. Hot tub down the hall great after a long day of boarding/skiing. A couple tips: To read the lockbox numbers, older eyes may need reading glasses and/or flashlight. To get from the parking garage to the studio level, make sure you use the correct elevator across from the parking space, next to the bike room (don't use the service elevator that only goes up to the 2nd floor).
Great Location
Property is located within a ten minute walk of both whistler and whistler blackcomb gondolas allowing you to start on either mountain. Located close to the village and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. This unit is a good size for two people.
Only complaint was upon our arrival it appeared that the sheets had not been cleaned/changed. The host apologized for the inconvenience and had to the cleaning crew come and re-clean the next day. Not an ideal start to the trip, but was accommodated for the cleaning mishap.
I have poor vision and found the combination numbers on the lockbox very difficult to read .
Ideally located next to the grocery store and a short walk to drug store and restaurants. Never had to use the truck once it was parked in the designated spot. Also, the free transit to the Squamish Lil'wat cultural centre was appreciated.
Just what we needed
This was perfect for us. Took about 10-15 walk to the gondy. Plenty of places to eat close by we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy vrbo
Contact with property owners was great. Place is cozy and clean. Hubs and I slept in queen bed and son slept in pullout. Kitchen had everything you need. Very close to Pure Bread (bonus)!

Located in the Market Pavillion buidling, the property is just steps away from many restaurants, shops, the ski lifts and all the fun activities Whistler Village has to offer.
