Sapphire Beach is a luxury condominium property on the south of the island directly on Dover Beach which is close to the St. Lawrence Gap (the Gap). It was designed by renowned architect Ian Morrison and opened its doors to owners and guests in December, 2009.
In addition to its convenient location (no car required) and attractive design, the property benefits from gated private parking, 24hr security, on-site property management, two large beach front pools, gardens and a state-of-the-art fitness centre fully outfitted with the latest in exercise equipment and machinery.
The apartment is on the second floor (two above ground) and was tastefully furnished and decorated by interior designers. It can be rented as a two or three bedroom and includes air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, complete kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer, flat screen TVs with Cable, telephone and wireless internet. The master bedroom, living/dining areas both have direct ocean views.
This was our fifth time to Barbados, but the first time staying at the Sapphire Beach Barbados Condos. The condo that we stayed in was spectacular... we woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves of Dover Beach and had coffee on the balcony watching the waves. We were in walking distance to all the restaurants in the St. Lawrence Gap. The employees who were at the Sapphire Condo's were amazing always asking if we needed anything and how are day was going. We would highly recommend staying at the Sapphire Beach Barbados Condo's

The property is directly on Dover Beach and is a few minutes walking distance to the popular and well know St. Lawrence Gap (the Gap) which has a large choice of dining, entertainment and bars/clubs. No need for a car in this location as everything needed on holiday is within walking distance including shops for groceries, souvenirs etc. Taxi cabs are always available nearby as well as local public transportation (US$.75 cents a trip) made of up large and medium sized buses.
The airport is 15 minutes drive away and the main city centre Bridgetown is about the same distance/time away.
