2 Bedroom apartment to sleep 4/5. 2 minutes from the beach

Mogan - Contemporary Luxury 2 bed apartment on 1st floor with a very large sunny terrace 6m x 6.7m complete with dining table for 6, gas barbecue, 4 loungers, small table and parasol. Consisting of one double room with King size bed, single room with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living area. Lift on Ground floor. FREE Wi Fi Internet access. The apartment also has air conditioning and fans if preferred. Fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 47" flat screen with digital TV, DVD, stereo and a safe. The complex offers a communial swimming pool 10m x 5m, sun loungers and parasols. Very safe for children and totally enclosed with wheelchair access to pool. Complex is wheelchair friendly. Shower chair, travel cot, high chair, baby bath also included. Recently decorated and will be repainted annually. Apartment is kept to a very high standard with modern top quality linen and furnishings. Fully self catering.

GOLF: Golf is available less than 20 minutes away by car.




Mirador Apartments: The complex consists of 16 Apartments all with Terraces. This apartment has the largest terrace and gets the most sunshine from early morning to sunset. You can avail of the beautiful evening sunshine on the Terrace and watch the sun going down.

The apartments have Garage Space on Ground Floor and the apartments are on 3 Levels. Our apartment is on the corner of the 1st Floor with the largest sunny terrace in the complex.

For the comfort and pleasure of all our guests we operate a no smoking policy in our Apartment.

We do not accept any responsibility for flight cancellations, loss or damage to personal belongings or for any accident or injury whilst staying in our Apartment. Therefore we suggest you take out holiday insurance.

Please look after the apartment as if it was your own so that all our guests can enjoy it.

Perfect Stay

We have been staying in Puerto de Mogan for years and saw these places being built. It was a real pleasure to stay in one of the units and we will definitely return next year to the same one again! It's the right amount of space, great location to walk to shops, to restaurants and of course right next to the beach. It was really pleasant to have breakfasts on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while the sun set.

While the apartmentis awesome, the owner is the prize feature of this rental. She is meticulous in her efforts to design and create an environment geared toward the perfect vacation stay. NOTHING has been overlooked.

Great location with lovely terrace

After many years staying in the harbour area we decided to try the other end of Puerto Mogan. We found it much quieter and really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well equipped and evening barbeques were a real pleasure on the terrace with its lovely views. I personally would have prefered blackout blinds in the main bedroom-but that is a minor negative! Excellent customer service from Yvonne-thank you!

Feels like home!

A lovely apartment which we felt at home in as soon as we arrived. The terrace is absolutely magnificent and the rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped. Yvonne is a superb host and always responds quickly to any questions or issues via email. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed in Yvonne's apartment for 9 nights. Everything was exactly as described. We particularly loved the large sunny balcony (sun from 10.00am until sunset) and the close proximity to the beach, harbour and shops/restaurants of delightful Puerto De Mogan. The Mirador's pool was lovely and warm and we often had it to ourselves. We would definitely stay there again and were disappointed to find that it is booked up for our preferred dates next year!

fab holiday, lovely apartment

Apartment is in a great location 2mins from the beach,shops and restaurants. It has everything you require, home from home. Balcony is spacious and gets the sun from morning till night. Yvonne is great to deal with hassle free booking. Will look forward to staying again in the future.

Fantastic as usual wouldnt stay anywhere else

We stayed here for 3 weeks the same as last year but next year we have booked 4 weeks, think that about says it all! Fantastic apartment has everything you could possibly want and more. The cleaning service is brill, great team that work well. The owner is second to none, got a question? just ask, and always answered. A two minute walk to the beach and harbour, all restaurants are an easy and very pleasant walk and lots to choose from. Sun all day on the wonderful terrace. Beds very comfy, what more is there? just book you will not regret it.

Mogan is a small fishing village also known as Little Venice. Located peacefully in a valley with scenic mountain and sea views. The small and friendly village offers an extensive range of top quality restaurants and bars suitable for all tastes including children. Several banks available within walking distance. Puerto Mogan is also the home of the Yellow Submarine. For a livelier night out Puerto Rico is only fifteen minutes away and Playa de Ingles 30 mins. Bus service is very regular and taxis are plentiful. We can arrange to have you collected to and from the airport. Medical Centre open 24 hrs. Bring E11 card and it's free. The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the apartment and very safe for children. Pedalos available for hire. 2 very good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Hairdresser and shops all very close. For the energetic you can do the mountain trail and avail of the fantastic view from the top. Buggy safari up the mountain is great fun.

Other Activities: glass bottom ferry, yellow submarine, buggy safari and market

Golf: Anfi Tauro is only approx 15 minutes away and is an excellent course. Check out the twilight times which are cheaper.
