Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with Large Terrace on 2nd Floor. The apartment is well fitted out with modern furniture. Air con, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. Wifi,TV and DVD player. The Main bedroom has a King size bed and the other bedroom has very comfortable bunk beds. Apartment is accessible by lift and is wheelchair friendly.

Large Bathroom with Shower. Hairdryer and safe. The Terrace has a Patio Table, 4 chairs, Parasol and 4 Sunloungers. Electric Sun canopy.

Heated Swimming Pool is on the 2nd floor with sunloungers and Parasols. Also wheelchair friendly and safe for children.

GOLF: Golf is available less than 20 minutes away by car.

Perfect Stay

We have been staying in Puerto de Mogan for years and saw these places being built. It was a real pleasure to stay in one of the units and we will definitely return next year to the same one again! It's the right amount of space, great location to walk to shops, to restaurants and of course right next to the beach. It was really pleasant to have breakfasts on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while the sun set.

While the apartmentis awesome, the owner is the prize feature of this rental. She is meticulous in her efforts to design and create an environment geared toward the perfect vacation stay. NOTHING has been overlooked.

Back for another trip

We have had another fabulous stay at Mirador. The apartment could not be in a better position, just far enough away from the shops and harbour but close enough for an evening stroll after a good dinner. The apartment is very spacious and so well equipped you need not step outside, but of course you would miss out on the private pool for the block. The pool is kept clean and we have nearly always had it to ourselves, being able to go out of the school holidays.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Mogan. This was our 6 time to Mogan and the second visit to the Mirador apartment and we would not stay anywhere else now.

Perfect apartment and perfect location

we have never used home owners direct before so we were a little apprehensive.

We had nothing to worry about, yvonne communicated really well and gave us all the information we needed regarding the apartment and how to get there.

What a perfect apartment it was, the boys had bunk beds and we had a lovely double room with French doors on to the terrace.

The terrace was HUGE and even had a BBQ which we made use of.

All mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine wifi.

The swimming pool is upstairs, not a huge area but absolutely perfect.

The apartment itself is literally a 2 minute walk to the sea shops and restaurants.

We hired a car and there is a lot of onstreet parking outside but this is also popular during the day with people visiting.

I would highly recommend the apartment and the area

Excellent Location in a Fabulous Resort

Arranging this holiday could not have been easier. A soon as I made contact with the owner Yvonne, everything fell into place. Yvonne was extremely helpful with any questions or queries I had regarding the property, she was very quick to respond to my emails.

There was myself, my wife and our 10 yo son. I normally rent a car when on holiday but decided not to for this one. Yvonne arranged a pickup and drop off that went very smoothly with no stress. We were met when we arrived at the apartment and everything we needed to know was explained to us.

The apartment had all that we required for our two week stay. The location of the apartment is excellent, literally two mins walk away from the beach front and restaurants. It was great to have the use of the pool which was never too busy and we always had access to sun loungers There is a fabulous wide screen TV with Wifi which was great to watch movies when we stayed in. There is also a safe which was reassuring for us.

The terrace is very big and well equipped for outdoor dining. The vista of the old town with the backdrop of the mountain from the terrace is amazing. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine.

I was our first visit to Mogan and I have to say it is beautiful, especially the marina. It is a great place to hang out. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from. One of our favourite places to have a drink was Sol & Luna. A family owned bar/restaurant with great staff. A good place to relax and people watch.

You would not need a car here but if you need to go anywhere, the bus station is just 5 mins walk away where you could go to pretty much anywhere on the island. Alternatively you can get a ferry from the marina to the nearby resorts such as Puerto Rico which offers great views of the coastline.

All in all, we had a very relaxing, stress free holiday.

Lovely apartment close to the beach

We had a great week staying here. With two small children in tow, the apartment is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The owner was really helpful in the run up to our holiday and was helpful arranging for a high chair, cot and baby bath for us to use during our stay. Lots of thoughtful touches, we would definitely stay here again!

Apartment as described and owner very helpful

Great apartment and good upkeep so

Still looks well cared for. Loved the size of the terrace for sunbathing and comfy sun beds.main bed comfy but didn't use the bunk beds. If my granddaughter was there with me I would have been worried that the window in the bunk room could open fully with no child lock. Not an issue for us as 2 adults. Great to use washing machine and the cleaners and airport transfers arranged by the owner were excellent. Yes I would stay again if returning to the resort.

Owner's Response: Thank you Sandra for you feedback. We're spoilt with the Terrace I have to say and we regularly maintain the apartment to keep it fresh. There is a way to open the bedroom window so it's only tilted and open at the top and you don't have to pull it open from the side. Good point however. Hope to have you back again at some stage. Mogan is a small fishing village also known as Little Venice. Located peacefully in a valley with scenic mountain and sea views. The small and friendly village offers an extensive range of top quality restaurants and bars suitable for all tastes including children. Several banks available within walking distance. Puerto Mogan is also the home of the Yellow Submarine. For a livelier night out Puerto Rico is only fifteen minutes away and Playa de Ingles 30 mins. Bus service is very regular and taxis are plentiful. We can arrange to have you collected to and from the airport. Medical Centre open 24 hrs. Bring E11 card and it's free. The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the apartment and very safe for children. Pedalos available for hire. 2 very good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Hairdresser and shops all very close. For the energetic you can do the mountain trail and avail of the fantastic view from the top. Buggy safari up the mountain is great fun.

Other Activities: glass bottom ferry, yellow submarine, buggy safari and market

Golf: Anfi Tauro is only approx 15 minutes away and is an excellent course. Check out the twilight times which are cheaper.
