About Daniela Holland
I am a real estate broker, builder and property manager with 12 years experience in the Houston market.
Daniela Holland purchased this House in 2008
Why Daniela Holland chose Museum District
I built several town homes in this area and lived here for several years. I purchased this property for rental. You will love the quiet, mature neighborhood. It is an easy walk to many attractions in Hermann Park. Many of my guests here are visiting Rice University or the Texas Medical Center.
What makes this House unique
This is a c. 1929 duplex that I have personally remodeled and updated. I kept the plaster walls and the dark wood floors and trim. The windows, entrance doors and lighting and kitchen appliances were updated, as were counter tops and cabinets. The back yard is relaxing under mature trees. There is ample parking inside a gated entry.

Texas glam with lots of fun places nearby!
Very spacious, nice place in a great location. The house was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family visit. Very responsive owner. We will stay again! Thanks, Daniela
Thanks so much for staying with me Jeannie. You were wonderful guests and please come back any time.
Nice property. Bigger than it appears online. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner is easily accessible. The location is great for the Museum District or the Galleria. Several places to eat right around the corner. We will stay there again!
Very nice place, great location
My wife and our 3 children (5, 3 and 7 months) stayed here over a weekend to attend a niece’s graduation. First of all, our other reservation was cancelled at last minute, so the owners’ quick response really helped us out. Owners seemed very well organized. Loved the location in the Museum District, very close to Children’s Museum, MFA, Menil Collection, Rothko Chapel, etc. But also very close to NRG Field where Texans play (location of graduation ceremony). House was very nice, gated, older architecture but nicely renovated. Duplex, but felt very private. Well appointed. We stayed in downstairs unit. It does not have a tub, only a shower. Quick change up with kids’ routines addressed that. Bedroom with two beds was great for kids. (They had their own TV!) Bit of a drive to nearest grocery store, but several good, family friendly restaurants nearby. Some noise from group in the upstairs unit, but we were forewarned about it and both parties seemed to try hard to be respectful of each other. High marks.
What a find!! It was even better than the photos. Very clean and convenient to the Medical Center
The place was fantastic, clean and in a perfect location for my wife and myself. The Medical Center is less than ten minutes away and you are right in the museum district area. Perfect
very comfortable bed, clean, well furnished, less than 5 minutes from museums.
Mr. Jesse, thanks so much for staying with us. Please return any time.
Everything was great- very comfortable and homey. Lovely historic home that’s been tastefully redone. It was very comfortable for our group. I would definitely stay here again.
