About this property

FAMILY FRIENDLY Large 4 bedroom beach house located on Highland Avenue. The home has been updated and has retained most of its original 1890 Italianate, cottage details, such as woodwork, wood floors, an Eastlake mantle and mirror, interior shutters, parlor doors, large windows, bead board kitchen and high ceilings. There is WIFI throughout the house.

First Floor: Fully applianced Kitchen, washer/dryer, BRAND NEW BATHROOM with shower, pantry, eat in kitchen as well as dinning area, one den with propane fire place one family room with Smart/flat screen TV with Roku. Rooms are separated by parlor doors.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with water views and King size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds one being a trundle. 4th bedroom one full bed with twin on top. Full bathroom and extra storage in hallway.

Large deck off the kitchen with propane grill, outdoor shower and changing room. Outdoor table and fire pit situated in a lovely private backyard . Parking for 4 cars. Two cars in driveway and two cars on side of house.

Linens and towels will be provided. There are mattress covers and plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach and pier. Close to Amtrak, Restaurants and Shopping.

There is no A/C in the house. Plenty of fans in each room.

NOTE: The person responsible for the rental must be over 25 years of age.

Lovely home, near the beach and pier

This was my family's second time at this house. It's spacious, has all the beach gear you'd need, and served as an ideal vacation spot for my family. Hosts are easy to reach and responsive.

Great OOB Vacation House

Wonderful home! Close to the best parts of Old Orchard Beach! Owners were very accommodating and we had no problems with anything. They answered all of our questions very quickly and even had puzzles and games available for the 2 rainy days we had! We all loved it there!

Great location! Plenty of room for my family and I to spread out. The outside area was very cute and convenient. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Overall great property

The communication with Tim & Ranee was exceptional. They were spot on with any issues you may have. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach but a few blocks long to get to the pier and shops.
