Reviewer Comments:

This wonderful family cabin has a woodsy, quiet setting but it is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of the village as well as the ski areas. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were lovely. The exposed wood on the walls/ceiling was beautiful. There is lots of room for family and friends.

Reviewer Comments:

The property was as described for the most part. There were just a few things I'd like to mention that I think I would have liked to know before staying here. First, the internet is worthless. It's there and you can connect but you aren't going to be able to do much. Even simple surfing for watching youtube is not realistic on this network. I know we are in the woods and want to be away from technology but the reality is that we live in 2017. I was away from my daughters for the trip and I wanted to FaceTime with them in the evening and I was unable to do so. Second, the beds were rather uncomfortable. Every one of us guest complained about it. We even switched beds since there were more beds than guests. For the price, I expected more comfortable beds. Also, there is a large building being built right next door with a lot of pounding early in the morning. Not really all that peaceful but the location is right in town with walking to everything.

Get away from everything. Decorative and looking out the windows bring peace and beauty. Wifi not very good. Beds not very comfy but kitchen is fully stocked so we were cooking crazy and had so much fun! TV was great!! Enjoying skiing at ski bowl. Probably a new family tradition to stay here! Thank you!

We had a great experience. The Alpine Hideaway is a cool house in a nice little spot in Govt. Camp. Its got easy access to town and Highway 26. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone needing to stay up at Mt. Hood.

Reviewer Comments:

Make no mistakes, this cabin is in one of the best locations available for those who are visiting Mt Hood for winter sports! It is a very easy walk to Ski Bowl. You barely work up a sweat getting there. "Downtown" Government Camp is an equally as easy stroll. Great for going to get groceries, going out for pizza, or picking up snow gear. The cabin is a typical A frame with an addition that allows for two additional bedrooms. While the cabin states that it sleeps 14, I cannot imagine having 14 people in this cabin. While there are beds EVERYWHERE, there are only two bathrooms and not nearly enough seating, dishes, hot water or room for 14. I would say 6 - 8 MAX! The floors are linoleum which adds a less than cozy feel to the cabin. They have area rugs about, but not nearly enough to warm up the place. As many have mentioned the WiFi is VERY SLOW, and the cable TV is poor, but who goes to the mountain to watch TV and surf the internet? There is currently some construction taking place in the area that may or may not impact your ability to sleep in. It was hit and miss for us. What makes me recommend this cabin and any other cabin managed by All Seasons is All Seasons itself. The owner and staff are top notch and will do EVERYTHING in their power to make your stay enjoyable. If this cabin does not seem to fit your needs, please do yourself a favor and look at the other cabins All Seasons manages. You will not be sorry.
