The 2 guest rooms have new King-sized beds and both rooms eloquently decorated. The spacious great room has some of Marco Island's best views of the Gulf of Mexico's sunsets and the Marco River. The world-class kitchen and dining room are all apart of the great room, so everybody is apart of the fun. Situated near where the Marco River flows into the Gulf of Mexico, guests can enjoy outstanding views all day and later watch the sunset from the big wrap-around lanais.

Marco Penthouse

Two couples enjoyed the spacious and beautiful penthouse. We had morning coffee on the expansive balcony as well as watched the beautiful sunset at night. The property was well appointed and we enjoyed staying in Old Marco.

Great condo with nice view and amenities

We loved staying at this penthouse condo! 3 king size beds, comfortable furniture. Wonderful view from large windows and screened in porch. Also nice to have a rental that provided more than 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel, detergent pod, etc. We used the pool and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Great location! We hope to return again!
